I rolled my eyes, "The people in charge. They hate us, they think we should be locked away so that "normal" humans won't get hurt."

"...my parents thought I was a human like them, but unfortunately I had the blood from my grandparents, they loved me then threw me away when they saw my fangs and all-"
he started talking to himself, not realising she was next to him.

Arabelle looked over when he started talking. "Really? that sucks." She said softly looking down. "I maintained keeping my powers a secret till my parents saw me playing with my powers and left me in a orphanage then I came here." She sighed softly.

I resisted the urge to turn into a wraith, "They don't think that. To them we are not normal. And as narrow minded as they are, they feel like they need to be the only ones." I looked over at Ayase, making sure she was ok for now.
