I smiled as the shop owners advised against buying me. So I had made an impression. Good to know these beatings weren't going to waste. Someone came over and unlocked my cage.
"Listen, Hisakawa, you may be getting out, but as soon as that man gets sick of you, which he will, I'll be waiting with my favourite riding crop."
"Aww..." I smirked. "You're going to miss me!"
The man whacked me over the head, and punched me in the stomach, to prove his point.
"Watch your mouth, neko." He spat.
"Kind of impossible without a mirror, thanks to the angel of my eyes," I replied, smiling. He punched me, and pushed me into Shay.
"Good riddance," he muttered, walking away.
