Ilia's head whipped around, one hand tightening around her bow, though she remained kneeling next to the doe. Dire looked at the newcomer, just barely showing his teeth. "...Thank you. Who are you?" she asked, slowly standing up.

My curiosity gets the better of me, and I say to Snow, "Let's go find where those deer are running from." He bounces to his feet and leaps from the bush. "Let's go then." He says excitedly. Rose and Alari will be fine, we'll find them later. I track my way through the thick underbrush, following the broken plants. I make my way towards the border, which is very far off.

Renn|West Kingdom|Wolf~Torak|North/West Kingdom

I growled, seeing the girl talk to the newcomer. I gave the girl from the North a glare, a threat that she should know. I would check back later and if I found so much as a sign of anyone crossing the border, I would hunt them down through the North Kingdom. Torak had made me very territorial, we shared a lot of our traits. I turned and disappeared back into the tree line, before remembering the flash of bright white I had seen. I got out my bow, in case it was prey. I crouched down, waiting for something to move.

Avian|East Kingdom|Bird~Typhoon|Heading to North/West

Typhoon suddenly snatched me by the back of my shirt and took off. I glared at him, "What are you doing?" I demanded. He continued flying without answering, he often did. I sighed and climbed onto his back for a more comfortable journey. We were heading towards the North border, I urged him to slow down. He did, nudging me gently to show he was still listening to me.

Alari's growling ceases, and I look at the West girl. She's gone, and a rustle of branches and flattened grass is the only trace of her being there. I shake my head and think, they're always running off. Cowards. No wonder we won both Great Wars. I try not to have so much pride. I mean, I wasn't in either war. Now that I'm the leader of the Wolf Faction, I've got a pretty high rank in the North's army. I can feel a war brewing though, whether it be a small battle or a full on war. The tnesion has grown larger over the past few years. More territorial battles, and more deaths all over the Kingdoms are stirring up. It's worrying me. We lost a patrol of four men the other day, and I think it was West Kingdom people. We can't be for sure, so we didn't confront them about it.

Ilia remained where she was, her hand relaxing only slightly. If he was from the South, then there was a good chance he would mind much that she was from the West, especially if she was in South Kingdom territory right now... Unless he was a loner like herself, not caring about kingdom alliances and such. But this she doubted. Dire stood beside her, pushing his head into her hand. "I've had a lot of practice."

He watched her and her wolf for a few moments. He found her captivating, completely mesmerizing. There was something about her. . . Zephyrus shifted his weight uncomfortably I think we should go now, she has a wolf. That's not South kingdom. Devon just ignored him. "I didn't catch your name, what is it?"

Ilia hesitated, but only for a moment. "Ilia. And this is Dire." The wolf's tail gave a small wave. Still pleased about the success over their hunt, he was less suspicious than usual, and seemed to have little problem with these new people. Ilia glanced at him and smiled faintly. Dire, you are a strange creature. Keep that in mind, please.

Zephyrus nudged Devon. Please, let's go! It doesn't feel right. But still, Devon ignored the stallion. "Nice to meet you." He paused, trying to think of something to say. "Uh, do you always hunt here?" H stammered.
