Rose:
I watch Jake with a smile. "Alright, now that that's settled, let's go get your guys' cores." I lead him back out of the cage and to Alari and Flint. I notice another wolf, sprinting toward us. Is that... Fyhrus? I squint into the distance to see him better, and I notice the distinct black and white of his fur. It is him. But where's Pyric?
I leave the cage and meet the wolf halfway. I kneel and rub the fur on his head. "Hey, buddy. Where's your boy?"

Pyric:

I begin walking towards the stairs down, but the two members of the mob keep following me, i continue to slash at them, more to keep them back then hit them, but they keep advancing, one of them goes to yell for help, i jab at him to stop him. I hit him... He falls, i don't have time to feel guilty about it, because the other one is already right there, slashing with a reknewed fury. I raised Lumbrax and parry his attacks, punching him with my pommel to driv ehim back when i can.

I make it to the stairs, and run, full tilt, i look back once im down the stairs, and see that the member has left me alone. I begin walking towards the bondmates section, desperately hoping Fyhrus made it there safetly

Rose:
I pat Fhyrus' head one last time and stand up. I look around a few times, trying to find Pyric. I surely hope something hasn't done anything to him. While we were in the armory, though I didn't say anything, I noticed there were whispers and a sort of tension in the crowds. Maybe something did happen. I feel a little worried, momentarily forgetting the boys and their bondmates.

Flint Lockwood
Flint walks over and pats Fhyrus on his head so as not to ignore the wolf, "Whose bondmate is he? He asks, curious as to why the wolf had run to Rose, "And what is a core?"

Jake Lockwood
Jake hangs back from the wolf, though he follows the two of them over near it. "He looks like the one Lyric had with him, so I'd assume it's his. God, you're supposed to be the observant one, or were you too infatuated with her highness here?" He chides, a small smirk appearing on his face, accompanied by a small squawk from Merlin.

Rose:
I nod, "Yeah, it's Pyric's bondmate." I blush a little at Jake's joking comment. I turn away from the boys so they don't see it , and I continue looking for my friend. Seriously, this was starting to worry me. Bondmates usually don't stray from their human for very long. Or ever at all really.

Pyric:

As i turn the final corner into the bondmate section I see Rose and the Lockwood brothers, i do one last check over my shoulder, put Lumbrax back in its sheeth and try to look a little more calm as i start towards them. I brush off the rubble of the fight, and try to wipe the sweat from my brow. As i get closer to the party Fyhrus runs back to me, with a concerned look on his face, "its alright bud, nothing we haven't seen before" i say with a somber remembrance, and rub his head. I look up and continue walking the last few steps to the party, ecpecting to be hounded (no pun intended) with questions.

Rose:
"There you are!" I say when Pyric gets closer to us. I quickly close the space between us with a hug. I notice he's sweating and breathing heavily. "What happened?" I ask worriedly, looking at him and trying to find any signs of something bad. Alari pads up to Fyhrus and sniffs his forehead. I think they were friends before I arrived in Eturya, but she never says anything about it.

Pyric:

"oh nothing" i reply, "just decided to go for a little run, and pack up early for the day, found some armor i had made already that should work for you two" i gesture towards the Lockwood brothers "anything else you need i can make back at my workshop" I look over and notice Fyhrus and Alari playing with each other a grin slightly, Fyhrus doesn't get nearly enough playtime these days. I try to catch Rose's glance and wink at her

Rose:
I turn away, hiding my blush at his wink. I can't help but smile. I say to the brothers, "Well, you heard him. Anything else you need? If not we should get a move on. It's a long way to the core place. And it's difficult." I place my hand on my sword hilt, almost avoiding Pyric's eyes. I think I know how he feels about me, but I can't be sure. He sees so many people each day, I nearly want to give up trying to be anything to him.

Flint Lockwood
Flint nods courtly at Pyric, "If you just went for a run, what is this?" He asks, tapping a small but of what looked like Ash or rubble on the man's shoulder, "Runs typically don't involve burning or crashing into things." He states matter-of-factly. Maybe he was cut out for guard duty, dismissing the thought he reaches up to scratch Nova behind his ear.

Jake Lockwood
Jake yawns "Whatever Flint, point is he made us armor way faster than he originally intended, so be happy." He says as he crosses his arms and looks Lyric over once more, he wasn't sold on the running lie, but it wasn't exactly his business. "So, Rose, you never explained what a core is." He says, his voice full of curiosity.
