I lower my bow and instead take a knife. I throw it right in front if him at a tree about a foot away from him.

I yelp and jump back.

I kiss his neck

"Who are you?" I ask softly

I smile.

"I-i'm Lin." I say.

I hug his neck

"Angelica." I say. "Sorry about that" I say softly and blushing and looking to the ground.

I put my arms around her waist.

"B-but, you could have killed me!" I shout. "Sorry is not enough."

I look up at him and smile

"It wouldn't have killed you. It's light. It would have done this" I say as I throw it at my knee. It shattered because I was human. Well, part human. Part bird. I always had my wings. "If I wanted to kill you I would have used this" I say showing him my bow and arrow.

I smile back.

"Like I'm suppose to know that from the start." I growl.
