"Well....I kind of used to live in town before the hunters found out I was a shifter. Apparently, the people who lived next to me were hunters so I ran until I reached the forest."He said softly as his eyes grew somewhat distant, thinking.

"They killed my parents.." Harper muttered, pulling her knees to her chest and wrapping her arms around them

Adrian raised his head."Oh....I'm so sorry..."He said softly.
