"Luke.." Artemis started, not sure how to comfort him. She wished she hadn't asked... "Can't you eat...Bought meat?" she finally asked, taking a final mouthful of her ice cream

He frowned."I-The meat isn't fresh."He said softly running his hand though his hair images flashed when he was a child he face when his dad came home drunk and his mother was yelp in pain and he had faint scars on his stomach when he tried to protect his mother.

Brook looked at herself in the mirror..she wore a black top with dark tights and denim shorts over the top. Her dark like hair rested to just below her shoulders..her necklace dangling at her hest...branching into her top..where it couldnt really be seen

Artemis nodded "Then theres nothing else for it, I guess" She sighed "Its not your fault" She put the ice cream bowl down, getting to her feet shakily.

Artemis shook her head, stepping closer to him, aware of how her movements were too quick for a human eye to follow "I've never killed anything" she raised an eyebrow "I'm just a plain sixteen year old girl, or at least was."
