Cole listened as best he could to everything she as saying. "Thanks" he managed to mutter out before she kissed him. Feeling her lips on his once more Cole met her kiss. He wrapped his arms around her tightly in a hug as he kissed her. Just as soon as the light appeared it was swallowed by darkness. His hands fell to the side of her and he pulled away from the kiss. His red eyes had returned and glared at her "What do you think you're doing?" He growled.

Lily wiped away her tears and stepped away, she looked away from it but then looked up, "What are you exactly? What is your purpose? To destroy, to hurt, but I know deep down Cole is still in there and I will get him back I don't care if it destroys me but I'll do it anyway." She hissed and picked up her dagger.

He stood up from where he sat his red eyes focused on lily. "Some call me a demon, others call me a shadow. Only I know what I really am. My purpose you ask?" He said with a sneer. "To stop this! Oh how the years and the stories were changed. Ha! No one knows the real truth, not anymore. Oh but I do!" He said with a giddy tone. Cole did a small dance before suddenly stopping and looking at her once again "but you'll never know!" He chuckled

Xena ran towards to the stairs,then before she could step on one,she jumped,and landed on the top.She jumped throught the broken glass.Xena pulled out her bow and another arrow.

Lily threw the dagger at him, it whizzed by his ear just nicking it and buried itself in the trunk behind him, "Shut up demon. Or whatever you are, why can't I know? You disgusting creature, no your not even a creature you're a thing. You even deserve the title of 'thing', I'm just in a particularly good mood today." Lily spat the words out as if they were poison. "What will I never know?" She hissed her eyes flashing with anger.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk" he said moving his pointer finger in a vertical position from side to side. Just as he finished the sound his ear had already healed from the knife nick. "You know injuries you inflict on me hurt him not me. As you said I'm a thing. I feel no pain, this is his body, his soul not mine. So be careful with that knife and those arrows" he said with a snide grin. "I have nothing to tell you dear. All I will say is the stories you were told are wrong, both of yours" he chuckled darkly.

Lily took out the twin to the dagger in the tree and pulled her arms back, aiming at his chest. She stopped and squinted angrily at him, cursing she shoved the dagger back into her boot and went for the other, retrieving it quickly. She shoved that one into her other boot and glared at the thing with Cole's face. She shook her head and squinted her eyes trying to see if she could throw flames through her eyes. When she failed, she stomped her foot and tried to think of something.

Xena lowered her bow.Her wings suddenly grew bigger and they turned black.Her eyes were already as red as it is,but her hair changed from a white to a deep black color."Why did you let go?!"Xena's voice was not normal,it was more mature.She looked more like her sister than herself.

"Tell you what little girl, I'll make you a deal. I'll tell you the story in exchange for something. The next part is quite fun though. You get to offer whatever you want. I may not accept though so choose wisely." He said tapping a finger against his chin. Within moments he had stuck his finger into the air giving off the appearance that he gad an idea "ah yes I almost forgot. I don't want your soul or your body" he said with a sly grin to lily. Seeing Xena arrive bow in hand he let out a small chuckle "looks like we have a party now." He said. Seeing her angry posture and bow Cole readied himself to shift if needed. "Why do you care why he let go? You left, you couldn't deal with this remember!?" He said in reply to Xena

Lily looked at the demon and blew air out through her teeth, making it sound like a hiss. She sighed and racked her brain, "What do you like? Do you need a weapon?" She said, "I have blades forged from hell's fire, a pistol, knives. Anything! Just give me some genre of what you need or want!" She pleaded and waited for a response.
