Maria kept going until they reached the far corner of the library, which was a secluded place, with a giant beanie cushion placed against the corner. Maria grinned and took a running jump towards it and landed on her back on top of the cushion, which compressed to snugly fit her body. She laughed and smiled up at Cody. She shuffled over a little and patted the space on the cushion next to her. "Come sit!"
Marco shrugged, "It ain't no masterpiece I can tell you that." He stole a glance at the painting which he had done in art class a few years back. At the time, he had hated it, and now he was even more against the piece.
Alex thought for a second before putting his right hand forwards into hers and giving her a weak handshake. Her hands were warm and petite and his own lingered against hers for what felt like a fraction too long, before he quickly retracted it. He smiled a little at Pepper's statement, "Well, that makes two of us then." He shrugged slightly.
