I nodded and finished eating. I looked out to the woods and bit my lip, trying to think.

I looked at the boy and said "Come on. Just help me with them please." I moved my hair out of my eyes and blinked softly. I needed a new hair cut, but I was afraid to go back to the real me. The old me, but I wanted to stay like this.

My eyes go saucer size. How'd she know what I was going to offer? Chill....she probably already wanted it. She didn't read your mind. Or did she? I push away my suspicions and awkwardly smile at the girl. "I could...try?" I say uncertainly.

I nodded and said "Trying is better than nothing really." I then wrapped my arms around my body and watched him closely. My eyes studying every movement he made. Every breathe, and his tenseness.
