"Alright lets hope so, trust me it's no fun to drown internally" Jasmin said remembering when she was about to die until her brother told her parents and saved her. And now Alex is gone too. "Ugh why does everyone I ever care about die?" Jasmin muttered to herself

Zack came out of his room and was coughing like he would choke and die. He sat on the couch

(They're on the roof of the building because the apartment was flooded.)
Maya shrugged. "I guess I'm pretty lucky that my dad was a one-night-stand and my mother was a murderer. It means I have nobody that I care about."

Silas rolled away from them, shaking from cold. He still didn't have a shirt on and his burns were foaming and stinging.

"Well, Silas could have swallowed a good amount of water when he was washed under." I commented, dragging myself towards his throat. "The water could be stuck if he lays on his back." I slapped my hand onto his chest to wake him up. "Wake up you clumsy idiot!" I got so close to screaming there, while flailing my arms around.

Silas hacked and weakly sat up, clutching his chest. "Oww.."

"No it's fine I'll get a bunch" Jasmin said and ran downstairs into the apartment before Maya had a chance
