lara didn't so much as flinch when everything began to rise ,them slam "yeah I see that, and because you already know your powers, wouldn't it be a good idea to get away from the people that are making you anxious? im not the smartest, but I know you don't throw a shy person in a crowd and they get better instantly, they need to be slowly moved into it with people they know,and I would like to be one of those people" lara smiled kindly, this girl really looked like a mess,no worse then the rest of the teens though.

Joey almost screamed as Charity ran up, full animal form. What the heck was she doing? Joey wasn't in any trouble, and Cassia seemed really nice. There wasn't anything going wrong. "Charity! No, I'm fine. Cassia is a friend, so you don't need to protect me from her ok? That goes for Luke too. Please stop growling." She said, pleading in her eyes. Once she was sure Charity wasn't going to freak out anymore, Joe turned to Cass. The girl was very pretty, her red hair fanning out around her perfectly. She had light freckles fanning their way across her face, highlighting her eyes. Joey was kind of jealous. "I think I'm going to go try the water being station over there ok? I'll meet you back up by the bleachers later." She said. Moving through the crowd of students and stations she made her way over to the water bending place. She wasn't confident at all that this would be hers, but she really just wanted to get away from the two of them. The stress was kind of getting to her know, and she didn't like not knowing where to go. After trying water bending for a few minutes, Joe gave up. No matter how many different ways she tried to get the water out of that stupid cup, its wasn't going to happen. Turning away, somewhat defeated, Joey wandered the rows for a bit. At the end of one, a station caught her eye. Fire bending. Hesitantly stopping at the booth, she tried to decide if she wanted to try it or not. "What harm could it do..." She mumbled reading the paper with ways to achieve the task. She was to draw the fire from the candle located a few feet away, and move it to light the other on the other side of the booth. Trying the first method, Joe concentrated on the flame, telling it to move, and it did. The fire moved from one candle to the other. Jumping back surprised, the girl didn't really believe it. She just made fire move, without touching it. Silently freaking out for a few seconds, she remained at the booth and completed the task a few more times, just to make sure she wasn't hallucinating. She left the station way happier than before. Hearing someone call her voice, Joey turned to see Luke at the music controlling station a few away. Making her way over she plopped down in a seat next to him. "Guessing this is yours?" She said, smiling at the sight of him and a guitar. It fit hime so well, and she'd only met him an hour ago. He just radiated musical talent.

[sorry i havent replied! i've been busy with Halloween stuff! P. S. ~ RedPanda ~ will not be on much this weekend. She is going to be out of town, and doesn't know if she'll have much access to the internet. ]

luke nodded slowly, he knew it looked like his guitar, it sounded the same looked the same but until he saw the small sticker of a music, he didn't think it was his,it could have just been the found the sticker,but he was sure it was his. "I don't even know how they got it...I apparently have music controlling" he smiled and looked at her "do you know what you got?" he asked as if he didn't already know, the way she lite up when she smiled and the fire in her eyes blended in so well with the power he was sure something like that would be one of her powers, and when she was at the stand the way her beautiful face brightened the whole room when she found out made his heart skip.

Joey smiled, feeling like she'd just won a prize. All of this was so amazing, she wasn't even sure if it was a dream or not, she was hoping for the or not. I mean, she just made fire move for crying out loud! "Yea, I did..." She said, stopping when something popped into her head. It was kind of a voice, telling her he'd been watching her, that he knew. He'd been watching her since Cassia had pulled her away. How she had known that, Joe had no idea, but she just knew. "You were hatching me... you know what I can control fire." She said, more out of shock then anything else. It wasn't that she'd been freaked out that he'd been staring at her, because she'd been doing the same, but it was that knowledge. The voice that flashed into her thoughts, just from looking at him and thinking about him. Moving a hand to her head, she looked around confused. At a glance she didn't see any booths that could explain what just happened, so she ruled that option out. Maybe it was just a coincidence... "Sorry, I don't know were that came from, but this totally fits you." She said, flashing a fake smile his way. Joe, as hard as she tried, couldn't shake it off. Something weird just happened, but then again, it'd been like that all day. Glancing away from Luke, she looked around the music booth. The place was partially enclosed, different musical instruments and equipment organized throughout the make shift room. Some of the walls had sound panels hung on them, and in front of the two of them, there was a small amp for the electric guitars. Leaning forward a little, Joey sighed, moving a hand towards Luke's guitar. She glanced up at him quick before plucking each open string, the sound deep and smooth. "I don't know how I knew that, but it doesn't freak me out. I was watching you too... will you play?' She said quietly, pulling her knees up onto the seat, resting her head on them. Crazy day.

luke smiled as she spoke, then keeping his face a stoic smile as she said she new he was watching, not that he was afraid she thought he was a stalker, though thinking about it he even thought it seemed like that, but he kept smiling "well yeah...I was, I didn't mean to." he said, then frowned slightly when she gave smile he knew was face, it wasn't bright like the others. he looked down as she plucked a string, oddly enough it was the first cord in the song he planed on turning into a song just for her,he already knew how he felt, now he just wondered if she would know that too. "sure, I just came up with It.." he grinned and looked back up to joey "oh I know you have a real smile in there somewhere." he laughed and started playing the happy tune.

Smirking a little, Joey listened to him play. It was a really pretty and happy little tune, like nothing she'd heard before. It needed vocals, but that was okay, she just liked to sit and listen. She watched his fingers move up and down the guitar neck, caressing it with great skill. He was really good. Looking at his face, the lines of concentration appeared on his face, making him even more adorable. Why did she have to meet him here again? Oh well... even if they'd met back at home, she'd be gone in a blink of an eye like always. For Joey, home was never home. They moved so often and so consistently, she'd begun to forget what its like to have friends, to know a person your whole life. As the song ended, Joe sat up clapping for him, a true smile on her face. " You are amazing Luke. I can't believe you just made that up." She said, sifting to sit crisscross applesauce on the bench. "Are you going to keep it as a tune, or add lyrics?" Running a hand through her hair, she felt a lot better. Whatever had happened before must of just been a coincidence or something, and his song mellowed her out. She wasn't quite sure if he was doing something with his powers to make her feel better, but she didn't really care. Joey felt safe.

After they'd been there for a while, Joe got up and stretched, looking back at Luke. "Do you wanna look around for our minor powers? I could use a friend to walk and talk with." She said, her face happy and bright. She liked talking to him and just being around him. Standing, she shrugged off her cardigan, a white tank top underneath that was down a bit stained from their pleasant arrival. She was kind of glad she'd dressed somewhat cute but comfortable today. He favorite shorts complimented her light skin, and the loose but form fitting tank gave her come curves, even if they were almost nonexistent on her little body. Smiling, she held out a hand to help Luke up.

luke smiled and finished the tune,he felt the slightly pain in his head, but pushed it aside, he wasn't sure if he used his power or not, but she was happy so he didn't care but he hoped it was because she wanted to be."yes I do...I already know where to get the lyrics from..." he smiled more so to him self and took her hand and stood up. holding his guitar up he tilted his head to it "what should I do with this.?" he said and got a better look at what she was wearing, it all complemented her figure and slender long legs. his own outfit did the same ,his legs looked long in his straight legged blue jeans, and the dull blue shirt fit enough to show his muscle but also a lot movement.

Charity opened a single grey eye, peering out ans looking towards Joey, she flicked her ears slightly and let out a soft breath. That girl was something strange, and different, but not in a bad way. The way the boy watched her was awe-inspiring, such affection was strong in the aura that surrounded him, he was in love with her human girl, but Char could not hurt him. The love that Joey returned was just as strong, and Charity would do anything to keep her happy, and the boy made her happy. Charity opened her other eye and let out a large toothy yawn, she stretched and focused on her human form, before finding it easier to change back, this time completely, no wolf traits left on her. She smiled and walked over to Joey, silently sitting down beside her. Charity yawned and rubbed her eyes on her shoulders.

Water Bending and Phasing

I walked across the gym, heading for an interesting booth... but suddenly, my boot rammed into something on the ground and I tripped. I groaned as I lay sprawled on the ground. Rolling over and sitting up, I saw that I had tripped over a block of wood from the telekinetic table that had fallen off. Or maybe it was moved there by someone's mind. Either way, it was annoying. I brushed my hair out of my face and stood up.It wasn't until then that I realized I had fallen right next to someone. It was the shapeshifter... Charity, I think. "I'm so sorry! I tripped over a stupid block of wood..." I told her, laughing a little in embarrassment. "So, you're Charity, right? I'm Artie."

Joey smiled back, glancing over at Charity. "You seem really tired. All that shifting must be hard." She said to her. TH e girl looked as if she could pass out any second. "I think Luke and I are about to go looking for minor powers... why don't you try and find somewhere to get some rest?" She said, concern in her voice. Joe didn't want her to get a concussion or anything from all of it. It had been a rough day for all of them, and she guessed there were many more to come. At Luke's question, Joey scanned the booth for a stand, spotting one in the back corner. Carefully taking the guitar from him, She mad her way over to it, resting it there. "That should be ok." She stated. There really wasn't anything else to do with it, all the other instruments in there taking up most of the space. It was kind of a miracle they had room for a couple benches. Back at Luke's side, Joey looked around for what were considered the minor powers. The way everything was set up had been confusing to her at first, but know she was starting to see the sense of it. Most of the minor powers were in the back half of the gym, taking up the least amount of room. The rest were the majors, all quite busy at the moment. "Why don't we head over there, look around and try a few." She said to Luke, turning back quickly to wave goodbye to the very tired Charity. Together, Joey and Luke made there way over.
