Jacob flew towards one of the vacant villages.

"So..." I said as we got close to a village

Jacob landed on the ground. He changed into a human.

"Yay! Jacob is back!!" I say as I land and tuck in my wings. I find the knife in my boot and I flip it around a few times before leaving it in my palm.

Jacob walked around the village searching through the rubble.

I saw something in the distance and I walked over to the rubble. I saw a box with blood on it. I opened it to find a necklace that looked like this:
I cried softly looking at it and seeing the words "I will love you always -Niko" etched into the silver. I took the necklace and I put it around my neck. Nikolai was an old friend of mine. He then moved to a village. I was guessing that this was the village.

Jacob stopped when he saw something odd. "Link!" He called out.

"Yeah?" I called out and ran over to him

Jacob pointed to a box. "I don't know what that is, but I don't want to open it." Jacob said.
