"I don't need any authority to punish a slave. I'll do as I want with you. And as for her... who needs a welp werewolf too weak to do anything other than serve. She's lower than even you... A pathetic weakling.."

I hissed when I was called weak. My fist clench, feeling my wrist bleed because of the shackled around them. "Don't call me that." I shot a warning his way looking at the werewolf. 'Be careful, please' I mouthed, my fragile black wings wrapping around me as my dress trailed behind me. "Take it back." I growled, baring sharp teeth as I felt my icy blue eyes focuss on the large guard, wanting so depserately just to fly and attack him in one way or another.

"You don't like that? Well too bad. It's what you are... it's what all of you slaves are. Weak. That's why you're there instead of free," he spat, snarling as Wolf threw her rock at him, this time cutting a line over his cheek with the sharp edge.
"I told you. Pick on someone who can fight back," Wolf said coldly, shifting slightly in her cage. "And I'll show you just how weak slaves are. I'll bet you, one punch and you'll be on your knees crying for you mommy like a little baby," she deliberately provoked him.

Verin's mismatched gaze flickered boredly as he fingered the chain hanging loosely from his waist. He was strolling towards the slave market at an almost lazy pace; though his Uncle had urged him to buy a slave, Verin hadn't seemed too eager to walk into that place. An icy torrent of hate gripped the demon as he attempted to force down old memories. Almost awkward now, and feeling out of place with his pitifully informal attire, Verin approached the cages with mild interest alighting his gaze. A few of the slaves had wings -angels, he told himself-, one was almost as tall as himself, and there was even a white-blonde human in the mix. "This is it?" the demon snarked, red-and-silver gaze flat with apparent distaste. He was careful to note the sneers of the other onlookers and attempted to match their expressions, completely ignoring the ruckus the slaves were causing.

Wolf started at the newcomer, growling softly. "What? You got a problem with your choices, demon? Think you're too good for us?" she hissed at him, bounding at the cage bars and staring at him piercingly. "I got news for you, boy. You're no better than we are. You're worse..." she spat, hissing softly, tired of all of this, of slaves and masters and being treated like she was lesser.

Personality: Nyx is a very stubborn woman. She does not like any master, no mater how kind. She listens most of the time, but usually gives an attitude about it. When she is around other slaves she changes completely. She becomes gentle and caring. She hates seeing how awfully the other slaves are treated. She tries to help them. Sometimes she lets them take a nap while while she does their jobs for them. When she is fed she likes to sneak most of the food to the other slaves.
History: Nyx was born into slavery. Her mother and father were taken as slaves when her mother was three months pregnant. Her families owner at the time made her work as soon as she could walk. She never tried to stop them for she feared them when she was a child. As she grew she became used to life as a slave and it didn't bother her. She listened to everything her master said, until one day. Her father was sent away and her mother punished for something Nyx will never know about. She doesn't know what happened to her father, but her mother was punished too harshly. She died a few days after her punishment, leaving Nyx alone.That was the day she began to rebel. She began to help other slaves after that. She got away with it for a while, before she was caught. She was punished for it, leaving a nasty scar on her right cheek. She keeps her hair over it to hide it from everyone else. She never did stop helping the others though. Nothing the masters could do would make her stop.

I stared at the guard in shock. "You think you can try and get us angry just because we are in cages. Well, you would regret it if I were out of here, I dare you to open this cell. See how long you could last." I hissed, black wings stretching out in anger. I noticed a demon walking by, I backed away into the shadows, not wanting to be picked as a slave at the moment. He seemed a harsh master anyways which kind of scared me to be honest. My blue eyes softened and I wrapped my wings around my trying to look weak as I slid down the wall sitting on the cold floor. I never liked male masters, knowing they were quite annoying and a lot of the time seductive.
