I laughed softly, she felt shocked and slighty surprise someone was actually friendly with her. This hasn't happened since she was ten. "You remind me of my younger sister to be honest, she was amazing." She said he eyes sparking in the soft light. "She was really nice, but could bite your head off for saying one wrong thing, was sarcastic too." She added, wrapping her dark wings tighter around her as memories of her death flashed by. "It's better her be dead then here!" She suddenly hissed to herself and to no one else.

Wolf started awake when she heard voice, a wide grin on her wolfish face. She scrambled up and pressed her face to the bars of the cage, looking around for the source of the voices. "Hey! Is someone finally talking in this slum?" she called out in her heavily accented voice, just as she identified the two talkers, sitting the cells across from her cage. "Hey, pretty angels. Got room for a third in your spitting about the slave trade?"

My eyes shot towards the werewolf at the sound of her voice. "Well, why not? If you have the bravery to speak then I like you already." I smirked softly and walked towards the cage entrance. I spread my large black wings and laughed softly. "It's not that bad in here since I have people to talk to, but I wish I could fly!" I hissed softly, my wings wrapping wround my chest and waist as I kept my icy blue gaze on the save who spoke up. I examined her furry body, I have never seen many slaves who were werewolves, but its just her luck isn't it, she'll probably get picked before me because she is a rare species. I hissed to myself but just smiled, tilting my head examining her face to see the reaction of the girl.

I woke up, pretending to be the feeble, shy slave everyone wished I was. Then, when a guad passed my cage, I stuck out my foot. He tripped, and glared at me, while I was laughing. I suppose I did, just because I was nervous. Not that anyone knew. I shook out my wings, and sat up. I looked at all the buyers outside the cage. Every time one of them looked at me, I scowled. I didn't know what I wanted. Death was probably better than slavery... But still....
I sighed, and tripped another passerby. Why was life so confusing?

Wolf kept her face fairly impassive, but a spark lit in her eye as the girl spoke about her wish to fly. "I can understand that... I haven't been allowed to run in far too long." She sighed wistfully, stretching her scarred body out in the cage with a soft huff as her stomach growled and protested. "Idiots... If they don't start feeding me better they won't get any money for me," she mumbled as she examined herself, her ribs starting to show through her fur and skin. "How will they expect me to do anything when I'm nothing but skin and bone." She shook her head sadly before turning back to the angels, falling silent as a shadow passed by.

I backed away to the corner of the cage at the sight of a guard. I slid to the ground, wrapping my wings tighter around my small body. I kept my mouth closed and prayed everyone else would do. "Stupids.." I whispered to myself, a little louder then I expected. I quickly covered my mouth with my hand eyes wide hoping the harsh guard wouldn't notice. I whimpered slightly, not wanting to be punished in anyway.

"What did you call me?" the guard growled as he turned toward Arrianna. "You shouldn't talk that way to your betters, slave. Do I need to teach you your place? You've been nothing but a problem... But you only have a month left if you don't somehow get lucky..." he hissed, his face at the cell's bars. Wolf crouched and growled at the guard as he turned toward the girl.
"Hey, pig! Why don't you try with someone who can actually put up a fight!" she snarled, tossing a rock to nail him in the back of his head. He jerked and glared as he turned toward Wolf.
"How about I just take care of you both... A good flogging might do the both of you some good..."
"You'll have to get through me before I even let you touch her." Wolf stated, her normally silver eyes bright and and sharp with gold, the only true sign of her anger besides her deceptively cool voice.

I felt fear flash through me, not for my safety, but for the safety of Wolf. I froze and stared at the slave. "You'll get hurt!" I hissed her way. "Just- You should stay out of it.. I can handle this.." I said, not wanting others to get hurt because of me. "Well, I'd like to see who gave YOU the authorities to punish a slave." I stood, stretching out my black wings, blue eyes glaring in a fake anger to seem stronger then I was. "Sir, as you can see, that slave has done nothing wrons so you have no right to punish her." I said in a sarcastically polite voice as I flicked my wings slightly wanting so desperately to fly right now and attack him.

Another voice piped up somewhere. Ana was surprised to see it was a werewolf, since she's only ever witnessed werewolf masters. She stayed silent, watching the wolf and Arrianna speak with each other. Ana was about to protest something, but the two began to provoke a guard. He looked furious, causing Ana's wings to prickle with fear. "I-- is this really a good idea?" She whispered sharply to Arrianna. She glanced around worriedly; there was nothing she could do to help if the guard attacked Arrianna.
