Jackson smiled, pecking Alec quickly before pulling away. "I love you and never forgot it," he whisoered, kissing Alec's forehead. He smiled and glanced over at his brother and the neko. Btoh asleep. He smiled against Alec's skin. He just wished Scarlet would hurry up.

Ryu made small little whimpering sounds as he slept. This was how it always worked he'd fall asleep to escape fear but then it would follow him straight into his dreams.

Alec closed his eyes as Jackson kissed his forehead, a soft and loving smile on his lips from the vampire's words. He could feel him as he smiled, which only helped him to smile more. Alec shivered suddenly, as he felt a breeze hit him. Only to tighten his own old on Jackson as he suddenly heard a noise coming up the other wise quiet night. "Jackson, how much longer until we can-" His voice was a soft whisper, only to be cut off as his ear picked up Ryu's soft whimper.

L opened his eyes. The hybrid has always been a light sleep. He glanced at Ryu and frowned softly. "Shush...it is okay," he cooed. He kept his voice low and soft, like a mother.

Jackson looked down the street as he saw a flaming red mustang roll up. It pulled to the side and out came Scarlet. "Oh gid! Your safe!" She cried, running over.

Ryu's eyes opened wide when he heard scarlet come running causing him to clutch tightly onto L's arm.

"Shush. Our ride is here," L murmured. He shifted and picked up Ryu bridal style. Jackson gave an odd look. He shot his foster brother a glare as he walked over to the car, carrying Ryu. Scarlet tilted her head to one side and smiled softly.

Ryu blushed brightly looking at him. " you know that I know how to walk right?" He asked quietly feeling awkward with every one staring

"Yeah but it was easier," L said. He set Ryu in the car before getting himself. He looked around, not caring for the looks he got. He was one person who most vampires would not mess with, only stare and whisper.

His eyes darted to the suddenly voice. At least the owner of the sound was found, but at the same time, the suddenly noise made his head hurt a little. He looked at L as he moved and picked up Ryu, who had clung to him. His ears flatened a little at the sight. He was happy, though, that Ryu was starting to see that L really wasn't here to hurt him. Alec stayed silent, and looked down when Scarlet arrived. He didn't really want to get into the car. He used to like cars. He was fascinated with them. Even with his last master, when it came to rides, he would get excited. Now, though, he didn't like the noise they made. That's why he was happy Jackson walked everywhere, but, he figured this would be safer... Maybe. Alec would just do right now, whatever he was told. Whatever got everyone safely home.
