With one foot still on a step she watched fearfully, Jet's body hiding her presence as it had been the entire time so the man probably didn't know that she was there.

Jet glared at the man and walked out the door of the building. The sunlight outside was warm on his leather jacket and black hair.

Biting her lip, the girl followed him in her tattered clothing and looked like he'd beaten her up quite badly, but she didn't realize this as she followed him silently.

Jet led her out into the street and then he went into the store just outside the apartment building. When he walked in the guy at the register nodded then went into the back coming back with another guy. Jet walked up to the counter and whispered something in the guys ear. He looked at the other guy behind the counter and then back at Jet.
"Han gjorde det? Noget skal gores. Jeg har haft det!" the man barked.

"Du kender planen. Gor det i aften, fa hvem du har brug for. Dette kan ikke ustraffet!" Sleet said banging his fist on the counter. He left a dent in the marble counter. The man nodded and the two behind the counter went into the back. Sleet left but before leaving he put the "closed" sign up.

She had stood quietly at the wall by the door but took a small step back, a fearful gasp escaping her mouth as the boy slammed his fist. Anyone who showed strength or violence scared her but that was the only reaction she had besides all the fear showing in her eyes.

Sleet saw the sun setting and used his wolf scent to find a alley with a old dog scent. He then sat next to a heating pump and set the girl on the other side so she would stay warm.

Seeing a motion from Jet to follow him she did, although her body shook from cold and fear. The girl didn't know anything about Sleet and was afraid of him, but not quite as much when he gave her warmth.

When the moon came up and it became dark Jet turned into his wolf form and laid down his back facing the girl. He let out a dog sigh then went silent again.

Her body turned as well, from a thin, shivering girl to a beautiful white wolf with nearly-healed scratches on her stomach and she glanced around.

Jet heard a dog snorting so he quickly stood up and looked around.
"Jet? Is that you?" a voice said. Jet's ears perked as the voice's source came into the moonlight from the darkness, a small black and white bulldog with a Russian Greyhound and a rotweiler.

"Big D? Buffy? Kramer? Hey! How have you guys been its been forever!" he barked happily as he ran over and nuzzled the bulldog like a love sick pup.

"Ever since you left for guard duty its been boring and we have a new recruit." Buffy said with a russian accent. (Big D - bulldog Buffy- Russian Greyhound Kramer- rotweiler)

"Yea she is a real..." Kramer started but was stopped by Big D.

"Her name is Suki I think you will like her but she has a tendancy to get, um let me see.... grouchy." Big D said with his al capone accent.
