Max used his power and lit a tree on fire. It started to spread quickly so max contained it but was still trying to scare off the exterminators

Alex smiled slightly, gritting her teeth in pain as the forest caught fire. Then she remembered Ace was still in there. Holding her breathe she waited for him to come out. But she shook her head, she needed to tend to her own wounds. Slowly, she checked the gashes on her sides and winced. Her skin slowly spread over them, trying to close them up. She did have a great healing factor, but not good enough to fully heal. But it would have to do, at least she wouldn't bleed to death. Slowly getting up, she made her way to check on the others.

Ace saw the fire spreading and he froze in the tree. He had a terrorizing fear of fire, ever since his parents died in a fire. Eyes widening, he gripped the branch he hung onto and shut them again. he thought, 'have to make it out of here.' Eyes back open, he launched himself into the air, and tried flying over the fire, but the smoke clouded his eyes. He blindedly flew threw the fire, finally making it to the others. His clothes were singed, little holes burning his skin, and he wheezed a bit. His eyes were stuck to the ground, still frozen in fear.

After lighting a few trees on fire max collapsed onto all fours panting. He always felt weak and dizzy everytime he used his powers and he knew that if he pushed himself to hard it could kill him.

Becca ~ I sat down on a log and flipped my hair. I sighed and put my chin on my hand.

Alexandra~~~
Alexandra nearly collapsed onto the ground, breathing heavily. Leaning on the tree, Alexandra grimaced and stood up with difficulty; she had pushed herself too far. Alexandra had wonderful stamina, but even she couldn't continue on forever. Checking her pulse, Alexandra winced again and started forward to her makeshift camp, digging around in her medical supplies for a second; taking out a needle, Alexandra gave herself a shot. Stabilizing, Alexandra frowned, then stood up, realizing she was a little bored. Wiping sweat from her brow, Alexandra wondered to herself, out loud; "what should I do now?" She mumbled.

"Jacob,let's go" she said sliding out her claws and running through the forest after Alex

Alexandra~~~
Breathing heavily, Alexandra performed acupuncture on herself. Feeling new strength flow into her body, Alexandra stood and stretched. Standing up, Alexandra suddenly blurred, vanishing, reappearing a few seconds later on the top of a ledge,overlooking the sea. She had also equipped twin swords and wickedly sharp needles; Alexandra knew she was going to have to use them. Sitting down and continuing to meditate, Alexandra muttered to herself; "There is a sixteen point one chance they stayed back at camp; a five point three chance they were going to revolt... And of course. A seventy eight point six chance they were going to come after the person who destroyed their camp and harmed their people. I estimate, at their speed, just over ten minutes for them to get here... So slow."
