"Yeah. It is way better than where eI used to be. Being a loner is horrible." Silvia said, softly, and smiled. She took out her pocket knife, and starred at it.

I nodded."Yeah,so,you find a house yet?" I asked,reffering to the nine houses in the field near the stables.

"No, not yet." Silvia said, looking up from her pocket knife. "How does it feel to be leader?" She asked him. She looked back down at the blade sticking up in front of her.

I shrugged."It's nice.Only thing is I have to watch over ev'ryone,and it's gettin' hard."

"Everything is getting hard these days..." Silvia said,s softly, and looked at her blade. "I wonder how many people will get sick in this group." She said, quietly, and threw her pocket knife onto the ground.

I pointed my thumb to my chest."Here's one." I said scruffly,then coughed."It's from the massive amount of blood loss I have had."

"Why hasn't your sister helped you with that then?" Silvia asked, looking at him, confused. She walked over to where she had thrown her pocket knife, and picked it up, bringing it back to where use was sitting.

"Because," I coughed again."I didn't let her know.Anyone knows,actually,except you.Don't tell anybody else.I don't need them worried about me." I said and finally stopped coughing.

"I won't." Silvia said, softly. "Did you get bitten, or were you scratched?" She asked.
