Asher nodded. He then lunged forward, stabbing the dummy. Again, not doing that much damage, but still doing something.

I smiled, and waited for him to remove his sword from the dummie. He did some pretty decent damage, "Ok, you seem pretty good with, uh, offense. Hows your defense?" i asked quietly

"W-what is this place?" I stuttered, my stomach churning with anxiety.

[corn nerd]

"I barely know. Sit with me, I can explain." Amy pointed to a chair nearby.

Asher shrugged. "I don't really know." He said, tugging his sword out of the dummy.

I swallowed nervously, but sat next to the girl.

"So, there is this man. He admits to kidnapping us." Amy said.

I nodded, slowly. I felt sick. "Why did he kidnap us?" I whispered, afraid of the answer.

"Apparently he wants to teach us magic, but I feel like there is more to it." Amy explained. "He said if we want out though, we have to kill someone."

My eyes widened in shock and I almost gagged. "He wants us to what?" I gaped.

"Learn magic and kill our friends." Amy said. "In fact, I was the first to be murdered." She explained. "My murderer wasn't punished, instead became the man's apprentice, and brought me back to life!"
