Where are we? ~Accepting!~

You are an average teenager, who lives an average life. You wake up in the morning and go to school, you have friends, and enemies. One day, after dinner, you decide to go to sleep early, so you're awake for a test at school tomorrow. When you wake up, you are in a room with only one window, which is painted black. You get up off of the lumpy and uncomfy bed, and walk to the door, which is locked from the outside. You realize a note taped to the door.

Doors are locked automatically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Just what is this place?

It is now revealed that you were kidnapped and taken here by a mysterious Man, who won't show his face, and is so far impossible to kill. He tells you that you can get out if you murder someone, but there is a bit more to that that he hasn't said yet....
He has given everyone a box with a jewel, a cloak (that is the same color as their jewel), and a weapon. He says the jewel is for using magic, which he will teach you.
The Man has recently explained how it will work out if there is a murder. He will dispose of the body, and let the culprit free. It is the survivors' jobs to find out who was the culprit, and who was the victim. If you guess correctly, the person who was right may leave, and the culprit is killed. If you're wrong, you are killed. If three people get it wrong, everyone dies.
The Man has also declared a few rules, that if not followed, can result in death.

School Rules~
No using your magic against the Man.
You may only sleep in your room.
Do not threaten the Man.

Rules about murdering~
You may only kill up to three people
You must investigate.
