Ember's eyes flash. "Don't you think I don't know that?" she hisses back, her eyes still on the kidnappers, although she knows that they know that she's blind. She tenses as she hears the voice, and clenches her fists as Max gets taken away. Paul... she narrows her eyes. "Well, Paul," she spits the name out, "It's been a long time. How're dear mum and dad?" her voice drips with hostility.

Belts was starting to get worried. She wondered where Ember was. "Do you know this house? Like, where the rooms are?" She asked Anelle. She thought that Ben and Anelle should get plenty of rest, considering all they've been through. "If you can help me move him," she pointed at Ben. "Than we can move him to a nice comfortable bed."


D floated back up to Jess. "You got anywhere to stay?" He asked. He hoped she did. He didn't want to leave her somewhere random unless he had to.

Jess looked at D, only able to open her eyes about halfway as dizziness reigned supreme again. She swallowed thirstily and said "Y-yeah. Don't think anyone there though..."

Jess made a soft small sound and sighed quietly. She nodded then moaned softly at the dizziness again. She blushed a tiny bit as D picked her up, the gentle wind automatically dissipating. She coughed and said "On a small bit of land...between the forest and the city..."

Jess sighed softly as she said "Ya know the cafe in the city? There's a street that branches off from there. And then there's a path that winds from the sidewalk off into the forest. Then, there's a ranch house just off the path. Not that hard to miss..."
