I walked down the faded stone street as a slight breeze nipped at my nose. I fumbled with my jacket zipper while walking towards the cafe. With my head down, i noticed my watch, i probably don't have time for the cafe now that i think about it.. i thought. I turned around a headed towards the school at a slight jog, not noticing my hair blowing everywhere

Clothing/Accessories: She likes wearing huge baggy sweaters and hoodies. She usually wears jeans and is almost never seen in a skirt. She also likes flats. She doesn't wear a lot of jewelry besides earrings.
Notable Possessions: She has a notebook that she keeps on her person at all times and by her night stand at night. In it she writes down any "episodes" she has and what people say she did during them. They've been happening more and more frequently so she likes to keep track.

Interests/Hobbies: Lenore is a rock hound. She loves picking up rocks. Any kind of rock as long as its interesting. Because of her clairvoyance she can get a lot of information from rocks. Visions from eons ago of their formation, of other people who picked them up at some point, things like that. Rocks have a lot of history because they're never really completely destroyed. It's something simple and not usually very surprising unlike people and objects. Rocks are beautiful and predictable and good practice for her abilities.

She also loves vinyl records. She doesn't own a record player because she doesn't need it. With he clairvoyance she can read the ridges and history of the records in such a combination that means she can actually listen to the music in her head. This doesn't work as well with CDs though and not at all with iPods, so she can't listen to music on the go without some sort of device. She doesn't listen to music outside her home much though, so it works out. She can spend hours just lying on her bed with er eyes closed and a record in her hands, listening to music only she can hear.

The third thing that Lenore really likes is pottery. Clay never has much of an interesting history if its fresh and unused. She likes the blank slate and the option to make whatever she wants out of the fresh clay. She likes making teacups, vases, and small animals. She has tons of pottery pieces in her room and sometimes she sells them for some extra cash.

Personality: Lenore is a sweet, if not a bit strange, person. She's usually courteous unless her immense curiosity gets the better of her. Then she can be nosy and downright annoying. She often acts like a little kid and sometimes has no sense of self preservation. She loves to investigate and isn't afraid of hurting herself. She loves adventures. She also loves learning. Usually she doesn't consider her abilities a burden but sometimes she learns things she wishes she never did. When she feels emotions, she feels them strongly and usually isn't very moderate in her expression of what she's feeling. She's an open book. She's usually very trusting and will often assume the best of people. She is very loyal and social.

Powers: Lenore is clairvoyant, which means she can touch something or someone and know all about its history. It requires concentration, so she can't pick up the full story of something just but casually touching it. She often just gets flashes of the objects strongest, most powerful memory. For example, if she touched someone's iPod she might get a memory of it playing music for a particularly wild party. If she touched a piece of clothing she might get either the saddest or happiest memory experienced while wearing the clothing (depending on which type of memory is stronger). If she concentrates she can get the full story.

People are harder than objects. Casually touching people gives her what the person is feeling at the moment. She can read someone's full history if she really concentrates hard enough. It usually takes a while and a lot of her energy if she concentrates. However, she usually can't do it without that person's consent because in order to read the history of a person she must touch her forehead to theirs. That's not something you can usually do without the person's consent.

As a clairvoyant, Lenore is very susceptible to possession by a large range of entities. Her mind is essentially far more open than a normal person's. It allows information to come in, but it also allows other things in. She's become a messenger for ghosts more than once. People with telepathic powers could probably channel their words through her if they concentrated. Those who control minds could control her more easily than other people. Demons and angels and any other creature with some kind of telepathic abilities could probably possess her. Usually possessions just involve them speaking through her to deliver messages but if one was particularly powerful they could probably possess her body too.

History: She's been moved around a lot in her life, living with various family members. Because her family is just riddled with tragedy family members have used her more than once to channel deceased loved ones. The one most guilty of this was her uncle on her father's side. He used her to channel his dead wife more than once. She was eventually taken away from him and she lived for a long time with her grandmother. Her grandmother was happy to have her after her husband disappeared. Most of Lenore's family has either died, disappeared, or is very distant towards her. Her parents were considered loonies and ostracized by the family.

~Ruben & Sofia~
The two siblings soon arrived at the school, going to their respective lockers, and soon meeting up again. The two were relatively silent as they went to the commons for a while, waiting for the first class to start, which they knew was soon, but they both liked cutting it close. Sofia had a shifting class first, due to being able to change into birds, and Ruben had a darker class about some demonic powers. He was the only non-demon with demonic powers that he knew of in the class, which made him a bit nervous.

Daniel casually made his way to his first class, a magic controlling class, which he had figured out by himself. He didn't pay much attention in the class. He slid into one of the chairs, glancing around the room. He didn't really know anyone, so he was generally by himself, but he quipped the occasional remark to someone else's conversation sometimes, making himself "that British guy who sits over there". He didn't really mind all too much. The closest thing he had to a friend was the witch Eve. And she didn't actually remember his name.

Eve stood up with a huff, and went to her first class, walking over to the British kid. "Hey." She muttered, sitting in front of his desk. She could never remember his name, Dave or something. She figured the accent was messing her up. He just greeted her simply back, and that was about as much interaction the two had in a day.

I was nearing the school gate when the screech of the bell tore at my eardrums, "Crap," I said, picking up my pace a bit. I was just about ten feet away when the gates started to close, No no no no! I thought anxiously. and in an instant. I was there. in my seat. At shifting class

i looked at the clock it was still early still. i couldnt sleep and the sun would burn my if i didnt cover up well. i got up and put on a cloak and snuck to the boys dorm and sat on my brothers bed shaking him "marc! marc! wake up" his eyes open slightly and he looked up and me and pushed down my hood ruffling my hair "what do you want little one" sure i was shorter than him but i wasnt little. i smacked him "im not little anymore marc" i pursed my lips and looked at him "i-i cant sleep. its not like my old bed. im a freak now." he sat up and looked at me "were not freaks its a miracle we arent dead right now" i glared at him he knew i never had a good life. i resorted to art for my pain even though i was never good at it. "are there any other vampires here?" he nodded and put his arm around me i shrugged it off getting up. i went in the hallway with the cloak on and sat there alone

no one else was in class, so apparently I had arrived to early. I still had a few minutes until Professor probably got here, so I set my books down on my desk. I paced around the room, looking at some of the strange jars with strange blobs in them. One jar had what, eyes in it? I leaned in closer, and one blinked at me. I flinched and then I was by my teachers desk, I stumbled backwards and knocked a few books over. There were large old dusty books, and pages flew everywhere. I've really got to get this under control I thought, coughing up so dust, I wonder how loud that bang was I started dusting my jacket off and gathering papers.
