Helgrind smiled gently at the little boy. "My name is Helgrind, but you may call me what you wish." he softly took the number from Jessie and inclined his head a bit. "Thank you, ma'am." he said with a friendly smile. he didn't know if it was okay to call them by their first names or not so he just stuck with being formal yet polite.

Sirius looked up at Helgrind and grinned with a giggle. He said "Okay Mr. Helgrind, sir! Hmm...I think I'll call you...Knight!" Jessie looked up at Helgrind, since he was taller then she, and smiled at him. She said "You may call me Jess, if you wish." She smiled again and watched Jacob yawn a bit.

David pulled out two daggers, slashing them at the men he was fighting to make them back off as he ran toward the other man and delivered a round-house kick right to the head, knocking the man out cold. he turned and glared at the other men, daring any of them to come and attack. no one wanted to mess with the now enraged father and they all backed off. "Lila, Remus, let's go." he said calmly as he put his daggers away.

Helgrind smiled at Sirius. "I like that name." he said gently before looking at Jess. "thank you. I prefer calling you Jess rather then ma'am." he gave a soft chuckle as Jacob yawned. "Sorry if I am boring you, Sir." he said with a light smile.

Lila ran to David and hugged him sobbing into his chest Remus did the same "why did they do that"she asked softly as she hiccuped

David hugged Remus and Lila close, keeping an eye on everything going on around them at the same time. "They wanted to prove that they were strong. they were drunk. it's alright now, hush." he said soothingly as he gently led them out of the building.

Helgrind smiled at Sirius. "I like that name." he said gently before looking at Jess. "thank you. I prefer calling you Jess rather then ma'am." he gave a soft chuckle as Jacob yawned. "Sorry if I am boring you, Sir." he said with a light smile.

Sirius giggled and smiled back as he nodded and danced a bit more with the puppy in his arms. Jessie smiled at Helgrind and said "I prefer to be called Jess. Ma'am is just...too formal." Jacob shook his head and waved a hand. "I'm just tired. Call me Jay." he said.

Helgrind nodded gently and smiled softly at all of them. "Alright. I can understand about the too formal thing. I shall call you Jess." he smiled a little at Jacob and nodded. "Alright. that's cool." he said.

Sirius giggled and danced around some more. He then looked up at Helgrind and said "Knight! Is there anything to do here while we wait for them to get back?" Jessie smiled and nodded then looked at Jacob and Sirius. Jacob smiled and yawned again, this time covering it.

Helgrind chuckled a bit and smiled at how perky Sirius was. "Well there's a park around the block or there's hanging around here, which is a little boring." he said gently. he glanced at Jess and Jay before looking back at Sirius

David softly kissed the top of Lila's and Remus's head, holding them close. "Let's go home." he said softly.
