Hyde ran faster. The rain poured harder. The place he had called home - Sugar Mill. Began to flood making it a trouble for the infected since they could not swim. Heck even the special infected could not. He gathered all of his strength before kicking off the roof of the abandoned school and landing on the high water pipes and into the elevator. He'd stay here for a while until the water rises some more, he tried to pull his hoodie free from his skin as the wet had made it stick to his red t-shirt and skin.

Danny

Danny sat crouched in the top level of what once was a working building with his hands pressed to the edges of the window sill. His head looked out the window and he sniffed slightly looking for any survivors, but he knew better then to go out in the rain. When he heard the thud against the school building his expression changed, wondering who was over there. He could tell it wasn't a survivor, and it reeked of infected. He stood from the window and pulled his hood down lower to where only his lower face was showing from the shadow casted underneath it. His hands were naturally bloodstained, as it was a surprise to find an infected who didn't. Instead of just sitting and waiting for the rain to die out, he leaped and caught himself on pipe work that ran horizontal to the building's roof. The other Hunters around him mimicked and he ran across the bar as silently as he could be.

Annabeth

Anna's eyes skidded between buildings, having seen a Hunter run past a minute or two ago. She took a deep breath, inhaling the soft scent of rain with a small grin, hoping it would keep raining. She pressed her back to the side of the Sugar Mill as she checked her supplies. She reminded herself to look up and around, not wanting to keep her head down for too long. Ammo.. bandages.. water.. and only 2 cans of food. Great. She thought with a sour note before shouldering the bag and jogging through the rain as the water sloshed around her boots, but Anna managed only to get a little inside of her boots. If she could get food during the storm, she might live to another day. But the problem was that most infected had to be inside to avoid the rising water.

Hyde sniffed the air smelling the scent of rain...infected and...a survivor?! He growled to himself pulling his hoodie's hood back down and pouncing onto the horizontal pipes before stopping dead in his tracks in front of another Hunter. Hyde stayed on his guard..after all even infected fight.

Danny

Danny nearly took out the Hunter in front of him, having had his limited sight focused on the window instead of the shadowed figure now in front of him. He wasn't much of a fighter as he sat back on his heels, balancing on the pipe. Now that he knew who the infected was, and that there was only one, he didn't consider him much of a threat. Instead, he growled and jumped to the next line of pipes, beginning to follow the scent of the survivor.

Annabeth

Anna took a deep breath as she skidded to a stop in front of the run down high school. It was a stupid idea to go inside, but she remembered the layout from earlier visits around the town. The cafeteria was floor level, but it was far back in the building. She muttered a swear before walking to the front door with her baseball bat out in front of her.

He growled at the other hunter as he jumped onto the next pipe ''rude much?..'' he muttered to himself before sniffing the air once more and jumping over Daniel to the building in front of him, he smirked his cockiness getting the best of him, he creeped through the building towards the survivor having being behind her. He crouched down into the pounce position and pounced letting out a echoing screech that confused survivors on his where-about. Hyde landed on the survivor as he began to claw at her stomach.

Danny

He scowled before racing after the other Hunter. Rude my butt.. he thought with a sniff to take in where everyone was. He jumped to the building, tailing the other Hunter. He stayed quiet, watching, and waiting for a chance to jump in. He held onto the ledge with one hand and balanced himself out with his foot against the building. Something about the survivor clicked with him, the way the face curved. He nearly had forgotten all his memories; most infected do after a few months. Danny had to understand who the survivor was as he let out his own echoing screech and dropped.

Annabeth

Her eyes widened at the sound of the screech and she turned to look up with her bat raised. She hated Hunters, as they were the hardest to hit. She took a deep breath just as something landed on top of her. She swore, and tried to squirm away while hitting the Hunter with anything; her elbow, fist, and sometimes the bat. "Get off of me!" She screamed after a while and kicked out as she felt his claws dangerously close to her stomach while she reached down to her thigh to pull out her pistol. Her body trembled, and it didn't help matters when she heard another Hunter's screech.

Hyde growled as he was pushed off by his prey and turned to face the other hunter's screech. ''You again?'' he snarled before starring at the survivors weapon, he groaned as recognising it as a gun, he'd taken a few hits from them before. He quickly jumped onto the rock pillar leading to the top of the roof into the darkness to observe this other hunter and to avoid gun fire.

Annabeth

Her eyes widened as she watched the Hunter leave her be and she tried filling her lungs back with air as she raised her pistol and trained it between the eyes of the new Hunter. She sat up with one knee folded upwards as she used both of her hands to steady the pistol. "Take one step I blow your bloody head off," she snarled as she stood up slowly and put her finger on the trigger.

Danny

He smirked at the other Hunter before looking back to the girl. His appearance was dark, and he tilted his head back slightly as the raindrops fell onto the top of his hood, making it fall farther over his eyes. He understood her and watched the gun as her hands shook and he growled, not wanting to be shot again. Trying to get the bullet out was never fun. "Name?" He said simply, not wanting to talk to much in case she took that offensively. "A-Anna.." The name rung a bell and his eyes narrowed as he said, "Anna.. beth?" He thought for a moment, trying to dig up a last name. "Masterson?" He watched the girl's posture change, becoming more defensive as her jaw locked, and he was tempted just to turn and leave the girl or have her for lunch if she didn't help him out on this.

Hyde watched the other hunter smirk digging his claws into the concrete angrily. He felt like a coward always avoiding the survivors gun's and he was mocked for it as it is. He snorted as he climbed back down the pillar to stand next to the other hunter.

Danny

He looked over to the other Hunter with a frown before back to Anna with a scowl. "Shoot, c'mon." He muttered as he shook his head at the girl. His eyes remained narrowed as he watched the gun go back and forth between the two of them. After a few seconds of silence she had lowered the gun, but instead replaced it with the wooden baseball bat. He groaned, agitated with all the weapons right now.

Annabeth

She held the bat in front of her as she said, "How do you know my name? I didn't think that you.. things, could even talk?" Her eyes switched between the two as she took a step back. Her shirt was bloody from some scrapes that she had gotten from the Hunter, and she knew she had to clean them out quickly. "Go back to your hideout or whatever it it.."
