Aves gave a rare smile at the two scientists before shaking her head lightly. "I'll be fine, I have to go hunt sometime." She answered Troy before looking at Vagrin and tilting her head to the side. "This time I'm actually tired... but I can see why you would suggest that I was bored. Sure, I'm up for going on a walk. As long as I can hunt afterwards, I do have to feed my guests." she said before sitting up straight and flapping her wings a bit. She looked at Tess and gave a light wink. "Keep him safe, young one." She said gently before walking over to Vagrin and giving him a look that said she was ready to go for the walk when he was.

Vagrin
The young scientist smiled a bit as he glanced at the winged young lady again and shook his head a bit as he watched her for a moment, before glancing Troy over for a bit. He shifted his weight to his other foot as he glanced at Aves once more, listening to her speak and nodding quietly. He had a flash in his eye that was that of a defiant young man who just wanted everything made right once more. Vagrin chuckled as he said "Yeah, I noticed the new...'house' guests staying here in this shelter. Well, let's go get em some food while we talk then!" He glanced at the little girl and smiled, then began to lead the way. "So, where should we walk to?"

Troy shakily set her down "sa-sa-sorry, I -" he stuttered again still in shock . How could they do that? He ducked his head, embaresed that he was making a scene. He looked over at Aves and noticed her yawning "you should get some sleep Aves"

Tess felt his slight shaking and worriedly wondered if she'd done something wrong. She whimpered softly as he set her down, and held out her arms once more. "Up, up..." she begged quietly with wide soft eyes. She then said "Experiments, scientists- bad..." as though that explained anything at all about her unique situation there. She glanced at Aves and yipped.

The young one glanced up at Troy still with her arms raised and made a soft sound as she watched and waited. She broke only to glance back at Aves, as the winged woman addressed her, and nodded quietly with a tilt to her head at the wink from her. She said "Okay..."

Aves gave a tiny laugh and shook her head slightly. humans. she thought before pondering a good place to walk. "Let's go this way, I've seen some game over there recently. plus the cameras aren't as many, which is better for me to kill you." She joked lightly, giving a tiny smile to say that she was joking. She really didn't want to kill Vagrin, and he should know that. how should he know? because he's still alive.

Aves began to walk off in the direction she had said, her light colored hair falling in front of her piercing eyes a bit. She hummed quietly to herself, walking beside Vagrin. "So, what did you want to tell me?" she asked, looking at him and brushing her hair away.

Thorn
"Nice. God! The burning just got worse, I'm being cooked from the inside! Or at least, that's how it feels.." The burning started in my arm, where they had injected me. Whatever they injected me with had obviously reached my heart, and for all I knew I was going to fall down dead. I bump into a tree and slide down it, tears falling down my face with the searing pain.

Sebastian gave a soft gasp when Thorn hit the tree then slid to the ground, he was swiftly kneeling beside her and lightly holding her hand. "I'm sorry... but I don't know how to help you. I'm not a doctor, darn it..." He whined lightly. he hadn't seen something like this, even when he had escaped from his cage for a while.

I claw at the ground. It almost felt like a bullet wound, multiplied by 4000, but I hadn't been shot. "Fi...find me something to hold on to." I mutter. "A..A..stick...or something." My hands feel like they're on fire and my head felt like it was going to explode.

Troy shifted uncomfortably "maybe not..." he told her, he wasn't very comforable when dealing with kids, of course he wanted some of his own someday but for now he was only comferable with breif interactions " maybe you should go back to your..." he wasn't sure what to call them

Ash smiled "that's good.." she stayed next to him

Troy shrugged "if its ok I would like to stay with you... I want to get to know you and you same with me...." he looked down at his feet blushing ever so slightly. He really liked Aves but had a feeling she would never see him like that. Troy sighed to himself.

Kalona added, "Only if they're friendly." He looked and sounded worried. He finally met with Rayleigh, sweeping down from the sky. He landed besides her with a practically silent flutter of wings, asking her mentally as he pinpointed the others, "Are they hostile?"

She gasped, Kalona had startled her. "N-no, I don't think so..." She bit her lip. "They went that way." Pointing towards where they had disappeared as they were talking. "That older girl; I heard them call her... Aves. She was protecting a scientist. I think he was... I don't think he was hostile though." She sighed. It was all complicated. Actually, everything nowadays was complicated to her. Her hand sat against the tree, her thumb lightly brushing the bark. She played when her hands when she was nervous or excited, and this was one of thos times.

Sebastian nodded and quickly got up, going and getting a stick. "Here, with this be okay?" he asked worriedly, offering it to her. his eyes were slightly wide, but other then that he seemed calm. He let out a light whine, but tried to keep it together. was this some sick game the scientists were playing?

Age: 19
Profession: Scientist
Personality: Cold and calculating, Kayna is the ultimate scientist. She watches your every move and she seems to have no heart. That is, until she's with her brother. Towards Blake, she is protective; even though he is the older sibling. She is deceptive and harsh, strict, and unloving. However, if you become friends with her, (which is quite hard to do), she will go to the ends of the earth to protect you, no matter the cost.
History: She will not reveal anything; Though her brother might.
Strengths: Quick and strong, quite smart and clever. Her lightning fast reflexes are superior to even some mutants or winged ones. Rumors fly that she has been injected with a powerful, steroid-like chemical that enhances her strength and agility.
Weaknesses: Ones she loves
Weapon?: She has one... A whip that she carries, tucked away in her coat pocket. Advance, and she will quickly take it out. ((Oops maybe just a little bit of a reference to go with that Isabelle picture...))

Age: 22
Profession: Scientist
Personality: A bit soft, Blake is much nicer than his sister. However, he has his tough side, in which he is still pretty dangerous. He is understanding and kind... most of the time. When working with his sister, he is often the geeky one.
History: Said by Blake Strawn; 6/05: "Look, be nice to Kayna. She's been through a lot. Our mom and dad weren't exactly your typical parents and Kayna got the worst of it."
Strengths: His mind and quickness, he is also quite strong. His fighting skills are perfected to a tee when combined with his agility and wit.
Weaknesses: Like Kayna, everyone he loves. This is more troublesome for him however, as he tends to make friends quicker than Kayna. While he is strong, some experiments are stronger.
Weapon?: A knife that he keeps in his boot is readily available at all times.
