Davis whined again as he pawed and watched the bushes, they rustled and cold eyes peered out from there.

Henry saw them and pulled Davis behind him he held Davis close to his back and whispered the words "don't move"

The eyes in the bushes in the shadows of the forest blinked, and then they moved. Davis whined softly as he pawed again and he watched, muscles tensed.

The eyes were an icy blue like a frozen lake with slight breaks in it. The creature rustled in the bushes again, and then it appeared that it was moving closer to them. A small baby like growl could be heard.
