:.(( No kidding.
But that is a sad story... :S ))
Testament listened and watched carefully, wincing slightly when the bubble showed her falling in that trap. When the story ended, he processed the information. "I am sorry to hear that. But at least you're safe now," he said and sighed, wondering where to start with his own history. He thought for a moment. Then: "I was born in England back in the mid 20th century. I was practically an orphan until I turned eight years of age and an old man, Kliff Underson, took me in and raised me. I was going through some very difficult times back then and, well, had serious mental issues; I couldn't think straight if the words 'torture' and 'kill' weren't in my mind at least 24/7. My step father tried to treat me as much as he could, but that didn't really work out pretty well. There were times when I gained control of my sense of self, and those were the times when I pleaded him to transform me into something else since I thought that that way at least I'd stop having these problems," he sighed and looked down at the ground, closing his eyes as he recalled every single detail about the process. "What caused me to have such mental illness was the fact that I've seen enough death and abuse during my life as an orphan before he took me in, so yeah... During the process of the conversion, something went extremely wrong and instead of becoming a.... I don't remember what, I became this. So yeah, then I killed him and ran away..," he stopped talking since it hurt to remember those actions, and now he felt guilty about it and wished that he knew Zio in the first place so that he didn't have to do all that he did back then. He then opened his eyes to look at Annabella and continued. "I wandered for many days, killing everything I could find in my way until I was captured by a group of scientists for investigation. They failed to analyze my blood, though, since I broke free and killed them... Well, most of the staff that was in the room," he said and unvoluntarily chuckled at the memory. He then quickly licked his lips. "Later on I realized what I could do... I can control my own blood, which allows me to create constructs I can use to trap my victims. That scythe I have?" he said, flicking his wrist. Drops of blood floated out from the tips of his fingers, solidified in mid-air, stretched out and formed the scythe. He grabbed it by the hilt and moved it away from Annabella so he wouldn't cause her any harm. "I cut my fingers and used my own blood to create it. I can also use magic of the Death mytho, most notably the hemomancy," he finished and looked at her again. "I am what you can call a human-type Death. Also I may look like I'm twenty-six or so, but I'm actually sixty years old. And that's about it," he added and waited for her comment on it.
