She looked down ashamed of her inability to control her father. She knew this would happen. "I'm sorry sir," she whispered, knowing he could not hear her. She ran away, storming in a mix of anger and sadness. Unable to control her emotions she caused some nearby trees outside to shatter.

The water vibrated and Selene was thrown about. Her foot got caught in some wiring and she couldn't get to the surface.

Scarlet stopped suddenly at the feel of blood veins and lungs struggling for oxygen. She turned and turned her blood vision on, her eyes turning slightly redder. "Someone's drowning," she whispered. "Help!" she yelled as she ran back down the halls to where those boys were.

She couldn't get her foot out from the wire, it was cutting into the flesh and maaking it bleed. Selene thrashed about, suddenly feeling faint.

The two were already racing out. "Neon!""on it!"they shouted to each other. Neon was louder and faster so he was able to reach the scene faster.

Her struggles became weaker and weaker and Selene suddenly gave up. The water below was freezing and her limbs were numb.

Neon ripped off his shirt and dive into the water, swimming for her.

Scarlet felt a vein being cut and blood reach the water. 'No time. I have to shadow travel' she thought. Shadow traveling as a novice was very difficult and overexerting, but she wouldn't get there in time if she didn't. A shadow appeared in front of her and she dived through it, ending up in the water next to the girl. She saw her foot had been caught and could feel her growing faint. she saw the boy dive in as well and pointed to her foot

Blurred figures appeared in front of her and she blinked, eyes starting to close.

Scarlet was already tired from the travel, but she willed all her energy into keeping her blood flowing past the wound instead of out of it. She looked at the boy, begging for help.
