Haruto closed his doodle book and looked up at the teacher, listening to what they had to say.

Montgomery leaned forward in his desk, on his elbows and listened to the starting on the English lesson.

Haruto took some notes as the teacher went on through the lesson. It was about halfway through when suddenly the power cut out, and all was dark.

Montgomery was listening to the lesson and writing down quick note when everything went dark. He put his pen down and looked around, not seeing a thing

A low murmur erupted from the classroom from all of the students talking at once. Haruto felt like all of a sudden someone threw a bag of rocks at his stomach. He felt nervous and tried looking around, but even if he held his hand right in front of his face, he couldn't see a thing.

Montgomery was wondering what had happened. He looked around but still could not see a thing. "Haruto?" He whispered out

Haruto looked in the direction of Montgomery's voice. "Y-yeah?" he whispered back, his nervousness showing through.

Montgomery turned to his voice and reached his hand out towards him, "where are you?" He asked

Haruto reached out until he found Montgomery's hand. "I-I'm right here." He said, feeling a bit better knowing where Montgomery was.

Montgomery gave his hand a gentle squeeze and pulled his chair next to Haruto's. "Are you worried?" He asked
