Zander shook his head. "Why did this happen to me..." he whispered holding his head trying to hold back the tears, his horns began to grow back again and he gripped them and swore really loud and punched a nearby tree. "Why did this happen!" He growled.

Zander held his large horns now and breathed over and over. "Calm down...." he whispered and was surprised as the horns began to shrink and before long were back to nubs. "W-woah..."

Zander looked over at her. "Please don't be afraid of me" He said softly watching her reaction.

Zander nodded slowly thankful she wasn't scared of him. Back in school he had made others fear him but he wouldn't do that with her. HE knew he needed her to survive.
