A sound to the left caught Zanders attention and he stopped watching.

Just then two dogs came over the hill sniffing and barking madly. Zander's eyes widened. "Cr*p they have dogs on our trail!" Zander shouted and grabbed her hand and began running with her.

" oh cr*p !" and i run with him as he grabbed my hand

Zander realized they would definitely not be able to outrun the dogs and turned to face them. "Stay behind me I will fight" he said watching them. Something felt odd in his body, like something was changing, and as the dogs gained closer, each step they took, his vision began to only focus on them, all other sounds began to muffle and the air around him, began to turn to a deep purled and blue and black shade swirling around him. What was happening. HE looked around seeing everything almost in slow motion, the trees no longer had shadows, It was like, he had stolen them. He faced the dogs and reached his arms out, just then the shadows began to travel to the dogs surrounding them, coating them, the dogs yelped and took off running the other way unharmed but scared beyond belief. Even Zander was scared. HE stumbled back the shadows vanishing and then fell to his knees looking around. "W-what happened....to me?" He asked looking at his hands. His horns had grown into large black horns similar to a rams, and now they were receding back into his head.
