Amber groaned quietly."50 pounds, great."She said flying quickly up to the roof and grabbed a bucket. She grunted at the weight and beat her wings harder as she slowly descended to the ground, this was not easy at all for her. She was somewhat worried that her wings couldn't handle it.

Alex follows the guard quickly and quietly looking around the place. "Where are we heading" he hissed.

"To your training room of course"

He whached her carry the buckets.

Ryce shot the medicine balls at him all at once he wondered if he would dodge them.

Amber set the bucket down and went for the others. Her wings were just a little tired but not nearly as tired as her arms. She was now breathing a little heavily."And what is the use of this?"She asked setting the last bucket down.

Zemos side stepped to dodge the first. But, as his head spun and he staggered backwards, the last one caught his uninjured shoulder. He grunted as it struck him and thankfully managed to stay upright. He worked his jaw as he came to realize what this meant. He drew in a deep breath and scolded himself silently for failing the test.

Ryce saw this and he laughed and said "here is water and ill get the dog" he sat down the water and he went to go get the dog.

Genie became oblivious to her surroundings, she began to hum to herself the song her mother used to sing when she worked, her stomach growled slightly as her hunger became evident, she hadn't eaten in ages and now her stomach was rebelling.
