Living in the shadows{Accepting Again!}

Star cries as she sits in this new "home" where se is nothing but an experiment. She cries because she misses her family and beacuse of the pain in her head and the fire in her legs. She looked at amber with tears streaming down her cheeks "just kill me now! I don't wanna live through all this pain and suffering. I don't want to be tested on. Just kill me." Star pleads with amber to end her suffering.

Amber shook her head."I won't do that Star. I can't."

Eden shifted back and helped her up, onto her bed. "Don't worry. I'll protect you. I'll take care of all the experiments for you and I won't hurt you. I'm going to take more hours and take care of experiments here all the time." She smiled at the girl. "I might be able to get you back to your pack someday, but don't trust me on that."

"Eden....you should try and convince them she's unstable....she can stay with the others...."She suggested quietly.

Eden nodded and repplied quietly. "I was thinking the same thing. It shouldn't be too difficult. She already seems unstable."

"Exactly. She won't have to go through what I did..."She said quietly so Star wouldn't hear.

Eden nodded and whispered. "I won't let her. I don't want anyone going through that, but I know what sacrifices we must make to understand the world around us."

"Yeah. She's going to have a better life then I did here."She said looking at him.

Eden nodded. "I'm going to make sure of that. I will save anyone I can."
