NickName >> She prefers none, but allows "Char" on the occasion.

Personality >> Charlotte is a bit on the brash side of things; she refuses to beat around the bush, and always tells one exactly what she thinks of them, no holding back. And since Charlotte never holds back, it's the "real" Charlotte all the time. It's not like she doesn't know how to hold back, it's that she chooses not to. Her own belief is that it is better to tell the truth and get it over with than drawing something out.
If given the chance, Charlotte would probably argue with a fence post, and she would do it until she could talk no longer; she's just that stubborn. Charlotte refuses to back down, no matter the circumstance, and will continue to argue until proven wrong. (Though even then she'd fuss about that.) She's a defensive person and does not like to be poked at, literally or figuratively. She'll snarl at anyone who makes a joke at her expense, and is prone to lash out if one touches her off-guard.
At home she's pretty much the same way, if not a little harsher. Don't get her wrong, she loves her family, but she wants to get out into the world and help the people under the Government's control, not stay on her dusty little farm and do the same damn things day-after-day. And she would go, if her family would let her.

Appearance >> Charlotte has dark brown hair that's relatively short, reaching just past her neck. She'd like to grow it out, but it's hard working on the farm with long hair, and it just bogs her down. Her hair is wild and curly, and is most often seen either pulled up in a bun or hanging down. She has light brown eyes and a few freckles splattered across her cheeks.
Charlotte is a nice, even 5'6'' tall, and weighs about 130 lbs. She's not all that curvy, but who needs curves when all she's doing is working on a farm? Doing all that hard work on said farm has given her a rather nice tan, and some lean muscles, so she supposes it's not all that bad.
When the days are hot Charlotte's most often seen sporting a tank top and whatever cut-off jeans that she made into shorts. In the colder months, she wears jeans and t-shirts.

History >> Her mother grew up in the Chip's zone, that is, until Charlotte's then Rebel father stole her away. Literally. Since she had lived in the Chip zone for so long, Charlotte's mother, Wilma, still has trouble with expressing herself to her husband and to Charlotte, leaving their mother-daughter relationship somewhat bland. Her father, Aaron, on the other hand, has no issues telling Charlotte anything. Including what she will and will not do in her future. Charlotte is absolutely not allowed to join the Rebels, much to her anger. An argument often heard in the Dover's house is Charlotte yelling at her dad about his being a Rebel and he in turn yelling to her about how "It doesn't matter anymore, the past is the past, and you are not joining them, young lady."So until further notice, Charlotte is stuck on the farm with her mother and father.

if you're all alone, alessandra tanya jarmond, aless as she is called by many, was born in the UGR. Her parents were emotions and knew that alessandra would not live the life they would have wanted her to. So, her parents sent her to live with the desperadoes. She grew up around those who hated the UGR and she began to hate them too. Alessandra learned slowly but surely how to protect herself from the father figures in her life. All she has ever known about her parents, is their names and that they loved her dearly as

when the pretty birds have flown, aless is what the jarmond's call a 'pretty bird,' her eyes a vivid blue that seem to go from bright to dark if she's mad or happy, her is a nice brown blond, that's looks like ombre when it's dry and in the light, but of course this pretty bird loves water which makes her hair slightly stringy and a dark oak brown.

eduoard daniel de beauvais.

eduoard was born to the happy parents
named colette and bertrand de Beauvais
on a rainy day in a small hospital in orléans
france. he was a miracle baby and wasn't
breathing when he was born but he was
put on the breathalyzer to ensure he lived.
he was born into a family with one kid already,
he grew up with all girls, and is very protective
of his sisters, but zoe, his older sister is
protective of him. his older sister zoe is three
years his senior and the other girls are
the twins, amélie and Julia are one
year younger then him, genevieve is five
years younger than him. to sum up his relationship
with all the girls, his sisters not girlfriends,
zoe is protective of him, amélie is like his
best friend and helps him with girls, julia
is his rival sibling, love-hate thing, and he
is extremely protective of genevieve. eduoard
often helps his sisters with the crazy life
that they live, often hearing about the boys
they liked, dated, and the boys who had
mistreated them often getting scolded
for going after boys who mistreated them with
a feeling of vengeance in his mind. by the time
eduoard got into ninth grade people knew not
to mess with his sister's and all the wrong
people started to notice his talent in scaring
others. but before we get into that, eduoard
has always kick-boxed it's a family tradition.
for the de beauvais' kick boxing has always
been a must for the boys of the family.
he used to watch his father go and fight in the
rings for a few extra hundreds especially
when times got hard for the family of seven when
you included his parents. but eduoard always
had a second passion which was more like
his first, it was photography and drawing.
he would do it when he had time and felt like
it. but one day while he was looking at photos
on his camera, a guy his age walked up to him
with a secretive smile, he asked him to help
him with a kid who was bullying him and slipped
eduoard a few bucks, eduoard looked up with
a face filled with emotions as he nodded a
silent yes. eduoard didn't like to hear about others
being bullied, and now he had a chance
to set someone straight. eduoard did what the
kid asked and eventually got in trouble
with everyone around him except for three of
his sisters, which excluded Julia. after
getting in trouble and feeling a better relationship
with his parents slip out of his fingers,
eduoard became depressed and joined
the group of kids who had asked him to fight
the other kid, while with those kids, eduoard
started to smoke cigarettes and street fights
for more money. eduoard would come home with
bruises all over his body and bloody lips and
noses. one night he came home with a broken
nose and his parents nearly disowned
him, but before they could even ground
him, police came to his parents doorstep
and asked for him, they said he had assisted
his friends in the robbery of a gas station.
eduoard and his parents stood there shocked.
eduoard pleaded with everybody that he didn't
do it, he never knew that his friends last trip
to the gas station in his car was actually a
robbery. he went through with the whole
process of being jailed and going to court
but he still claims the worse feeling was the
looks he received from his parents. ever since
then things between him and his parents
and his sister, julia, have gotten better as
they came to realize he had no clue of what his
friends had done. now they have a better
relationship than before but he still sees the
looks they had given him that night. he hasn't
fixed his smoking problem, he still thinks that
nobody cares if he's smoking anything.
you could still say he's depressed, that he
feels everything in his family would be better
off without him and that because of his past
he feels he may never have a family of his own.
even though eduoard has a bad past, it's quite
deceiving, he's a sweet and caring guy, who's
never found anybody to show that too, except
his sisters who still stand by his side everyday.
eduoard would like a pretty girl, but he knows
that may not be what he falls in love with.
personality wise, he wants a girl who loves family
and has a great sense of humor. he wants the
girl who falls for him just as fast as he falls
for her. the one who doesn't mind being
outside or getting dirty. he wants the girl who
doesn't care what others think about her and
who's she's around, the girl who can pick him up
when he's down, which is a lot recently.

(Sweet Tarts, I'm sorry but as well written as your form is it doesn't quite work for this rp. Have you read any dystopian literature before? Like the Hunger Games for example. This rp is set in a version of the US that is somewhat similar to that one, and what you've written doesn't quite match what I have on the front page. If you can change his history so that it does match I would be happy to accept your character. Also, the US would have closed borders at the time so it wouldn't be allowing immigrants into the country, so having your character's nationality as being French doesn't quite work. Sorry.

Okay guys, I'm going to be doing some traveling here, so I'm not going to be on a bunch for a bit, however I'm going to start thinking up an opening post.
