Replying with a lazy shrug, there was nothing he could say on the matter without revealing too much. He didn't visibly show it but he was somewhat relied when she said she could wait. "They act as guards and protect the base. Sometimes when there is a big mission planned they may accompany the people out on the field and watch their backs while the others focus on completing the mission. Is that the position you were considering to try for when you're older?"

Ally nods slowly. "Thanks for answering my question... I'll go change now and wait." She smiled again and walked back to her room silently. She grabbed the dress off the door and shut it. Once inside, she sat down on the bed and stared quietly at nothing in particular. Without knowing, a few drops of salty wetness ran down her cheeks. She frowned seeing the drops fall on the dress she was holding, and surprisedly raised her hand to feel her cheek. She scoffed and quickly whipped them away, frowning. Ally changed as fast as she could and threw the door open careful not to have it bang loudly. She caught up with Kieran and said,"When can I start?" In her eyes there was a steely determination, a passionate fire brewing just beneath the surface. Her little hands were fists at her sides.

"Do i? Do i?" he asks curiously but absently. "Is that...true...at all?" the young guard is struggling from the other's grasp, so close to loosing control that his strugles though feeble quite pointed. "It wont take long.." pleads Abel, "Just...just a bite..a, a ummm....moment..."

Alexander: He nodded his head and pulled Abel back from Malone "You can't bite her.. Those vampires already took to much… If you bite her, you might drain her dry.." he said, keeping a tight grip on Abel "I know you'll regret it if you do bite her.." he said, his voice calm.

[Alpha*]

Abel wimpers in the others grasp like a pup in the hands of one it has wronged by piddling in the house. "Sorry...sorry..' he mumbles wincing. He allows himself to be moved back, out of the room.

Alexander: He slowly lead Abel out of the feeder's room, closing the door behind them once they were out. "It's fine.. Just be careful.." he said, blocking the door just incase "You need to push down the blood lust.." he whispered, trying to calm his friend.

Abel stares vary hard at the floor, at both pairs of shoes. Briefly his eyes flit upward only to meet Alex's eyes and then they go back to the floor. The guard continues shaking, hardly haring to breathe; while he knows leaving is the best option he cant bring himself to do so.

Alexander: "Here.. Let's get going" he said and gently placed his hand on his friend's shoulder, patting it lightly. "Just clear your thoughts, okay?" he said, raising his eyebrow. He slowly started to walk, keeping a tight grip on him.

Kieran merely nodded to show that he heard her and leaned against the wall with his hands in his pockets. When he heard the girl's question he glanced up to the upper right to try and recall what was the starting age for all Dark Mask members. "How old are you?" He couldn't recall the exact age, but he figured he could find someone willing to at least give her basic self defense training.

The vampire grimaces again and shakes his head. "Mal." he mumbles, "Help Mal....i'll go...i'll go... see the lady..the lady fair..." and at shuffling walk he moves away from the blood-smell-filled room. It is an amazing sign of a control he lacks that he is moving away and not toward the feeders rooms. But his eyes catch the two children, and then the kitten, finally Quin, he stops and over his shoulder stares.
