Khalil shrugged slightly. "I admire that era." he replied, lying slightly by not telling her the full truth. "It was a lot more simplistic back then, roles clearly defined, and not near as much confusion as this current life holds." he smiled slightly. "Some just call me 'old' because of that."

"Since I was about seven." She said smiling at him.

Khalil nodded. "What all are you interested in?" he asked her.

"Wandering the woods,meeting people,Times that were simpler and more peaceful, drawing,Singing, animals,and many other things." She said happily

Khalil laughed softly. "They were also a lot harder. You had to work for every single thing in your life. You couldn't just buy everything you needed or wanted, unless you were royalty. Otherwise, it was all hand made. Also, very few people knew how to read, sanitation was almost non-existent, plagues and diseases were common, along with a lot of wild creatures and brigands more than willing to kill a person."

Khalil laughed softly. "Don't feel that way, pakvora. You didn't live back then, so you have no reason to remember every single thing about it."
