Reginald, about to eat a few more fruitloops, heard a desperate cry for help. She stumbled to her feet, and Samuel began to cry. Her eyes widened nad she asked quickly,"What?!" Reginald held their baby to her close and ran to the door, ignoring any attempts to hold her back. Throwing the door open, she spotted a girl on the ground far off from their home, Crazed on the horizon. Reginald held Samuel close and ran out onto dead grass, towards the collapsed young girl. "Josh!" She shouted, while bending beside the young woman, and brushing her face gently, seeing her wounds, she screamed again,"Josh I need some help!" As Samuel wailed.

Lorel awoke, looking up to see a older woman kneeling before her.
"Where am I?" She croaked, a burning pain engulfing her, making her cry out again as she moved her shoulder.
"I was bit.. Is that bad?" She whispered, tears in her eyes from the pain all around her. "I.. I think I did something to my spine as well, when I jumped two story's out a apartment window. I was.. I was trying to protect a kid.. I don't know what happened to him," She whispered, tears running down her face slowly, the ringing in her ears still. "Everything is muffled, my ears are ringing, I think I broke my ear drums," She said, struggling up.

REginald felt he girl begin to struggle, and she winced slightly, pulling her baby close to her chest in one arm. He was wailing, but Reginald could pay attention. She listened to the girl, and lightly stroked her cheeks, speaking softly,"Shh, you're alright, I promise. We can get you all fixed up dear, believe me." She reassured her, smiling gently. Wrapping her arms around her baby, she knelt beside the girl, and began to brush the hair out of her face, and the tears from her eyes, like a caring mother. "Stay still, Josh will be here soon, and I can't lift you on my own. You just need to stay still, I promise, you'll be fine, dear." Reginald paused, then nfound herself needing to distract her until Josh came. "Dear, what's your name?"

Josh blinked. He tripped and fell, but collected himself and walked out, "Oh dear.... Not good..." He walked over to the girl and gently picked her up.

She felt herself being picked up. "Lorel Alexanra.. Ra'vi.. Please, call me Lorel though," She said, wincing as the man started walking. "Whats happening? Are we the last ones alive?" She said quietly, shrinking into the mans chest like a little kid.

Josh shrugged, laying her on a couch, "I don't know. But you need to rest. I'll have my sister work on you."

Reginald saw Josh, and breahted out in relief, only to hear the Crazed coming closer. She pulled Samuel to her chest, adnd listened to the girls name as they fled to their home. Reginald made sure to lock the door behind her, and she ran into the living room, and brushed hair out of the girls face, then handed Samuel to Josh while she spoke softly,"Watch Sam, dear. I'll help, Wish." She said, and crouched beside the girl, smiling gingerly before distractin her again,"You said that your name was Lorel, right dear?" She touched a bruised or two, then responded sweetly,"My name is Reginald, but you may call me Reggie. That's my husband, Josh." Reginald knew he wasn't, but boyfriend just didn't sound right.
