Lamia

"Sometimes." Lamia replied. "I haven't had many problems, and this is actually a quite interesting development."

Finn

"Oh no..." Finn muttered. "Thom, we need to get to high ground quickly. The rain isn't letting up, and Zorua needs medical attention bad. She's hallucinating!"

[snatcher]

<Calm down> Kuruda said in a shaky voice. <I am in your head, but it's not what you think...> She sighed. <You see, I have this thing where if I look at someone I get inside their head... a trap got sprung on my brother and I... Long story short I saw you. I don't know how long I'll be trapped here, but I'll try not to be a nuisance.> She paused, then added < It would also be quit helpful if you guys headed east and freed us from our cage, I would be able to remove myself from your mind more quickly if you did... just up that hill to the left of you guys.>

Thom nodded. "Try to figure out which way to go- I'll help Zorua." he said quietly, aside to Finn, before looking back over at Zorua. After a moment of thought, he sighed, checking that his knives were loose in their sheaths and slowly approaching her, cautious and respectful of the sword. "Zorua?" he asked, his hands up to show that he was disarmed. "Zorua, it's me, Thom..."

Kiya sighed, disgusted with her human. "Echo." she said, turning her ref eyes on him, her pale features annoyed. "Anything I can do to speed up your flood?"

[Zoruakat]

Zorua was shaking, but she stood up.
"Thom, we have to save someone. Please." she begged, her brown eyes deap and worried.
Her grip tightened on her sword, and she sneezed.

Echo smirked.
"Well, if you have anything water based, I can use an enhancer."

Stevon shook his head, and slumped down beside Lamia.
"Please, don't let her die." he whispered.

Kiya frowned. "I have a few things I can improvise with, once the flood's underway." she said thoughtfully.

Thom sighed. "Quickly, then- you don't sound well, and this rain doesn't look good for anyone." he said, looking up for a moment. "Which way?" he asked, taking out his knives and looking at Zorua. "Finn, could you find high ground and signal us to lead us there?"

Finn

Finn nodded and ran off, trying to find a hill. He returned a couple of minutes later. "There's a hill off to the left. It might offer some protection."

Lamia

Lamia shook her head. "I'm sorry, I can't. I'm not her master- I can't interfere enough to save her life."

[EO+RS]

Thom nodded. "We'll go there after we save Zorua's mystery people." he said, not sure who put him in charge but taking it anyways, out of necessity. They could be a democracy after they were safe, he supposed.

[Zoruakat]

Echo shrugged.
"If you've got any fish, put them in a puddle and it'll double the rain fall."

Zorua pointed to the hill.
"They're past that. Please, Thom."

(just wanna say, i love my life right. now. it's 9:30pm, and i'm curled up in my bed, eating limes, and rping on my dsi)

Stevon whimpered.
"I have to go home to our parents. Let them know she's alive. Please, Lamia, help me keep it that way."

{Nice. I'm doing practically the same thing, except I'm eating and apple and rping on my laptop. And my puppy's with me. XD}

Finn

"Then we'd better hurry. The water level's rising fast." He replied.

Lamia

Lamia shook her head. "I told you, I can't help you! If you're so desperate, go and beg Echo for help! Why are you coming to me anyway?"
