Carson sighed.
"I think everybody deserves to be treated like a normal person."


River nodded a little, her nose still running.
"I suppose, but I still feel like I'm not really appreciated..it just ses like everybody takes me for granted.."

"Trust me, if you weren't appreciated, I wouldn't be here right now with my pelt on the line." Anoki countered playfully. He bumped River's shoulder, trying to cheer her up a bit. "I'm sure things will get better for you in time."

[Moonskye]

Clara didn't move. "I don't suppose everyone does."

[Lucy.]

River gave him a reluctant smile, but still kept her legs tucked up to her chest.
"Hopefully,"

"I think so." Carson said, brushing off her pants.

[Moonskye]

"I'm not quite sure what to do to keep my pack together and away from Blank Pack. Anoki... he's been more of a rule-breaker lately. Have I been too harsh, or have I been too free? I don't know, honestly."

[Alcyone]

Anoki gave her a look. "Be positive. Life is too short to focus on all that's negative." He looked away when he spoke, looking over the trees below with a small frown. He snapped out of his momentary daze and looked back to the fae.

[Lucy.]

River watched as Anoki looked away and frowned, then looked back to her.
"What's wrong?" She asked, raising her head in curiosity and examining the forest.

[Alcyone]

Anoki shook his head. "Nothing. Just had a thought." he replied, shooing away old memories as he got to his feet. "You'd do good to get out of the open." He said, changing the subject. "The weather today hasn't been great and the clouds are returning." he held out his hand to River to offer her help up.
