"Hallick Gene" He replied clearly. He put his hand out so he could shake hers. He heard a noise in the tree's but decided to disregard it as soon as he heard it.

Cassidy: reached out her hand and shook it. "Nice to meet you, Hallik"

Hallick nodded and heard another noise, It sounded like a certain type of enemy he dealt with once before. "Did you hear that?" He questioned.

Cassidy: "Its probably my family. I live with tigers and hear those noises all the time"

"This is a different sound it sounds different sound than a tiger, more supernatural than that" Hallick explained as he turned around. "I have heard many different noises, this one feels too familiar."

Cassidy: listened more carefully. "You're right. I've never heard that in the jungle"

Suddenly giant red spikes came towards our direction, "Out of the way!" Hallick pushed Cassidy and Jay out of the way before jumping away as well. The spikes hit a tree, and he looked at them, "Manticore spikes...(a manticore is a lion with large porcupine spikes on the tail and mane), the Manticore jumped out and landed in between the group and roared.

Kait had heard some camotion going on and she told Dakota "I'll be right back" she spread out her wings and flew into the sky than landed behind Halllick "Everything ok?" she asked. then the Manticore shot spikes at them and she wraped her large wings around her and Hallick. Having the spikes hit her wings. She winced at the pain then unwrapped her wings. heeping then spead out not wanting to damage her wings more by folding them with the spikes in them

Cassidy: layed down on the ground, covering Jay. She watched Hallick and Kait

Jay: hid under Cassidy's arm

Hallick dashed at the manticore and then leaped with a punch to the face knocking it backwards for a moment. It went to bite at him but he dodged quickly and came back with a rising kick.
