Impulse narrowed his eyes for a moment as he watched the lightning bolt. He was gone in a flash as the bolt passed through where he formerly was. He skidded to a quick stop on the other side of Starscream. "Missed."

Starscream jumped and stepped away from Impulse. He never missed... "You little rat. I'm going to get you for that," He teleported behind Impulse and tried to hit his back with a bolt.
