Tyler finished his training and sighed as he walked randomly through the hallways of the castle, raking a hand through his black hair. He walked on for a moment until he noticed once of the Elyadon Princesses outside of the dininghall. He realized he had danced with her yesterday and remembered her name. He carefully walked towards her and looked at her with a slight worried face. "Are you alright, Princess Arabella?" he asked.

Sparrow made a quiet affirmative noise in the back of her throat, indicating that she had heard and understood. She followed Cassia closely, Hawk following quick on her heels. It still did make Sparrow uneasy to walk through the cities like this, but she was trusting Cassia. She saw the building the nun indicated, recognizing that she had indeed passed it on the way to the chapel. It was a rather eerie loooking place, shrouded by a thick patch of trees that hid most of it from view, but Bird was almost comforted by it. Hidden, just how I like it, she thought as they approached. "So these others you speak of," she muttered to Cassia, allowing her voice to trail off. "How many are we talking?"

Cassia slipped behind a thick tree on the side of the road, quickly slipping out of her nun's habit. "Sorry, I have to change. It would look a bit suspicious, seeing a nun in a tavern." she explained, pulling her thick cloak back around her. After shoving her black and white habit back into her basket, Cassia came out from behind the tree. "Okay, we can go now. And.. I can't really say how many there are of us out in the open." She glanced around the thick forest. "You never know who might be watching." The woman pushed through the heavy wooden door of the sturdy tavern, several pairs of eyes turning to the two of them as they entered. "Try not to make eye contact." she whispered to Sparrow. Cassia made her way directly to the keeper, who waved at her with a grim smile. Cassia followed him into a back room, motioning for Sparrow to follow.

"Eh, who's this, lassie?" the bearded tavern keeper asked. His name was Taggis, and he was a heavily set man, resembling a half ogre, half human. Not that his face was unusually gruesome. He wasn't too particularly bad looking, but the strain of many years had no doubt had their play on the man's weathered body.

"A very close friend. We can trust her. Sparrow, Taggis. Taggis, Sparrow." She introduced them, then asked for the latest news.

"I'm afraid I haven't got any good new to tell." Taggis scratched the back of his neck. "There's been a few raids in the east. They're moving quicker than ever now. Kilmani wants to meet soon, he says the factions of protectors may need more support. There aren't enough of us, lassie." He shook his head sadly, but his eyes stayed focused.

Cassia exhaled, she'd been expecting bad things. "Well, Sparrow's here to join the cause. Can you get us a room? And please send word to Timothy and Henry that I'd like to speak with them in the morning. Say around seven."

Taggis nodded in reply, gesturing to a narrow set of stairs in the back of the tavern. "Of course. I've saved your regular room for you. Night, ma ladies." Cassia and the tavern keeper exchanged weary smiles, and parted ways. The woman headed up the stairs, motioning for Sparrow to follow, and crept silently down the hall.

Serena watched Arabella leave, her gaze locked on her sister. She managed it to prevent herself from yellingat her it was disrespectful towards Aiden if she left now. Her gaze broke as two arms led her away, and the girl didnt quite realize it was KC at this point. 'Where's Nick?' she thought. Nick seemed to be the only one to prevent Arabella from yelling and leaving if anything offended her. She ignored the whispers of the court. They simply didnt understand how it was to lose a brother and have your other siblings fighting almost all the time.

Kaleb was thankful that Serena hadn't put up a fight as he dragged her away. He didn't want to hurt her, but apparently he had, based on the frigid looks she had shot him on the way to dinner. "Rena, calm down. Calm down. I know you hate me right now, and I know it's all my fault. But please don't take it out on your siblings. They can sort things out for themselves. Stop mommying them." His tone grew softer, his hands still running up and down his fiance's arms. "Don't worry, okay?" He took a breath, pulling her close to his chest. "I break my vow. Two months is too long to be without you. It's over, Serena. You can do whatever you want with me."

Serena just listened to KC as he spoke, trying her hardest to calm down and before she knew it she was pulled into his chest. The girl rested her head gently against his chest, listening to his heartbeat. "I don't hate you." she said softly, her emerald eyes staring at the door as her gaze was a bit absent. "I won't be able to. But you promised you wouldn't do this to me again, and you did, within a day." she whispered, a single tear running down her cheek. "You promised me you wouldn't let me down again like a year ago... I... I need you KC... I can't do this alone..."

Kaleb nodded, wiping the tear that ran down her cheek. "You won't have to. I'll be here. I'll always be here for you." he whispered, running his hand gently through her hair. He stood, arms wrapped around her for a few more minutes, until pulling away and kissing her forehead. "Ready to go back to dinner? Just try to keep calm, and maybe flash a smile here and there?" he suggested, giving her a small grin. "I'll find Arabella and try to coax her back to dinner. The court will be expecting her." He kissed her one more, this time on the lips.

Serena felt his hand rake through her hair as he held her close. She kept standing in his hug for a while, remaining silent as she just listened to his heartbeat and felt his soft, strong hand in her red hair. She just nodded to his words, breathing slowly as she had calmed down again. She carefully lifted her head from his chest and gave another nod as he spoke. "I'll try to. I'm sorry." she whispered, gently pressing her soft lips back on his before she quickly pulled away, a small blush coloring her cheeks for no reason. The girl wiped her eyes and straightened herself again, knowing she couldn't show anybody how big of a mess she was inside.

Kaleb nodded, giving her a grin. He was so proud of how she managed to keep it all together. The prince left his fiance to return to dinner, and made his way past a set of stairs and into the main hall. After asking several servants whether they had seen Princess Arabella, he had finally found her.
