Dug relaxed some, feeling Evan's hands calmed his a surprising amount.

Evan smiled softly, noticing how much Dug calmed at her touch.

Mae flattened her ears and dipped her tail between her back legs and whined “I don't mean any harm..” She turned and ran off into the forest sadly.

"No, you just, surprised us," Evan called before sighing, "We've been through a lot, we're used to the bad guys,"

Dug nodded slightly, letting Evan pass. He stood behind her placing his hands on her back, and kinda resting his cheek on her head. He felt a lot calmer when he was in contact of her.

Evan sighed softly, turning around. She leaned against Dug, wrapping her arms around him.

Dug sighed, rubbing her back gently. He looked around, making sure no one else would jump out.

"I'm still hungry," Evan said, pulling away slightly to look at him.

Dug smiled, "Then quit stalling." He said, patting her back.

Mae was still running, she shifted back in a human and was running on two legs, she soon ran out of breath and sat on a rock with her head in her hands as she breathed heavily. Mae looked up at the scenery. She didn't like forests much. More, waterfalls. She had always loved waterfalls. She used to drown herself in them, which she classed as fun at the time, but as she grew she realised that she was trying to kill herself each time. She loved waterfalls. Wether she was allowed to drown herself or not. She sighed and started singing a random song to herself.
