"Good," Evan whispered, leaning into him. She let the water wash away the blood, along with her fears.

Dug wrapped his arms around her, and rested his cheek on her head. She felt warmer, and he liked it. He didn't have to worry about her freezing anymore.

Evan closed her eyes, smiling slightly and leaned her head on his chest. She abruptly pulled away, rubbing at her ears.

Dug looked at her, and raised an eyebrow. He listened, but didn't hear anything unusual. "What is it," he asked.

"Your hearts! They're booming now!!" Evan cried, chuckling softly.

Dug chuckled, "Well stop listening so loudly." He said, covering her ears with his hands.

Evan closed her eyes and smiled softly, placing her hands over his.

Dug smiled, and tilted her head back slightly, kissing her gently. They were clean, but he didn't want to move.

Evan shivered slightly, Dug's lips sending sparks racing through the veins. She kissed him back, ignoring the water crashing down upon them.

Dug's spine tingled slightly. This was different, and he didn't want it to stop. He pulled her closer, and kissed her again.
