There was something about Evan that Dug couldn't place. It was like something different about her then anyone else he has seen. He hadn't seen many people that weren't trying to either kill him or... He shook his head slightly, to get rid of the past.

"Hungry?" Evan asked, gesturing to the deer steaks, "Have all you want, I have the habit of cooking too much food."

Dug had been... adapted to going with out food for longer then average, so wasn't really hungry. But he couldn't pass on the offer. You never know when you will get food next. "Sure," he said.

Evan set a plate on the table. She leaned against the wall watching him.

Lizbeth barely had time to react before she was being scooped up, Steel breaking into a run. She smacked at his arm in surprise, angry. "Hey, put me down! I can walk on my own!" she argued, angry.

Dug sat down and looked at the shiny objects next to the thing the steak was on, not knowing what they were he ignored them. He picked the steak and started eating.

Steel laughed loudly, "But can you walk this fast?" he asked her. Their surroundings were now a blur, flashing past.

Evan cocked her head, watching him intently.

Dug finished his steak quickly, and licked his fingers off. He didn't want the scent to attract unwanted attention. He looked at Evan and Pora.
