Aghana stretched out her sore muscles as she walked through the darkening town. Usually riding didn't make her this sore, but today's had been a lot more stressful than usual, she knew she'd really be feeling it in the morning but she didn't mind in the least, especially since the riding had actually saved two lives in the process. She smiled a bit as she looked up at the sky, a star or two was starting to appear and soon it would be filled with them. Today had been a good day.

Raven watched Draven go and rolled her eyes at his outburst looking up at Landry,"Was I too pushy?" She asked softly then snorted answering herself,"No I wasn't. Its his fault if he is going to give up on her. I might just tell her to not wait for him.." She said still in Landry's arms but feeling bad about it. Why should she be happy and feeling safe in her mates arms when so many of the pack were obviously in relationship turmoil.

Angel nodded her head in agreement her thoughtful expression on her face once more,"Maybe she needs a push? I am always up to the game of playing match maker but..we don't have much males." She pointed out with a slight frown at the dilemma. Landry was taken, Draven was opening but..she just couldn't see it, maybe Corbin?..Or Shaun. Angel tapped her lip with her finger thoughtfully.

Zane paused looking at Keira in confusion,"Alcohol? No silly they drinking root beer." Zane laughed then lifted his fingers to his mouth letting out a loud whistle that got everyone's attention," We got a new contestant!" He said earning roars of approval by everyone and soon all were passing over big mug fulls of root beer to Keira.

Keira: She paused for a second, a sudden feeling of stupidity washed over her. She let out a soft laugh "I thought it was beer.." she said, looking down at the ground and rubbing the back of her neck. She chuckled awkwardly "Well, if it's root beer, then I'd be glad to participate" she grinned up at him, running her fingers through her hair to get it out of her face. "You're going down.." she whispered in a playful tone.

Zane chuckled grabbing a mug then looking her right in the eyes,"Challenge accepted." Was all he said as he began to down the root beer his throat moving repeatedly. Soon however his face started to get red from the lack of air and drink going down. When he finally finished he inhaled loudly then began to cough.

Keira: She smirked up at him and took one of the mugs. She took in a deep breath before starting to chug down the liquid, her eyes closed. She took in quick breaths in-between drinks, a look of determination on her face. She opened one eye and looked over at Zane when she heard him cough with You okay? expression.

Draven sighed heavily and went to plunk down on the top step of the porch, running his hands through his dark hair as he closed his eyes. He thought about Corbin and how he'd looked at the new fae, and he could tell the girl had liked his friend. How was it that the most reclusive, anti-social person he knew seemed to be making more headway in relationships than he was. Life sucked sometimes.

Adonis shook his head, "She couldn't deal with Shaun, he's too . . . dominate, I think he would just scare her, or if nothing else just remind her too much of our last Alpha. I was thinking about Corbin, but I don't think he'd really do so well as a father figure for Cronos. I don't know. I would like to try and give her a push, but I don't want to risk pushing her the wrong way." He didn't even mention Draven knowing the thing he and Mercy had going, or not going, whatever.

She barked, and stopped in her tracks, turned around, and nipped him back. J-J took off again this time gracefully jumping over a stream.

Corbin let out a slightly awkward, but still playful growl as he ran after her, splashing through the creek instead.

Althaia walked into the kitchen, carrying Cronos on her hip, and froze at the sight of another human. After a second she smirked at Mercy as she went to the fridge, putting quiet a bit of distance between herself and Shaun and asked, "Planning on bringing the whole town here?"

Draven returned Raven's glare, retorting with a growl "One: you were here before I was, I'm not close-knit to anyone in this pack other than Corbin, two: I didn't say anything against her bringing either of the humans here, but forgive me if I don't trust a human's words when I've heard the exact same story from one just trying to get closer to their prey. And three: I'm not fighting with her, she pulled away from me, so I'm just letting her go." He couldn't really sit there and look at the pair of them so he stood up and stalked back outside to the front porch, taking in a deep, shaky breath. What kind of spell did that woman have on him? He almost never lost his cool like that. He growled at himself as his fingers dug into the railing around the porch.

Adonis smirked slightly at her change in topic and nodded, "I know, it's strange, I don't think we've had this many members before. I keep hoping maybe Althaia might be able to make a new start with one of them, but she keeps shielding herself from them."

J-J had a wolf smirk, she ran up a tree and pushed off, leaping over him.

Zane seeing her look gave a thumbs up even though he was now pinching his nose. Gosh he hated that burning feeling. Zane watched Keria drink with apparently no problem and gulped. He knew then..he was going to lose.

(I am going to bed soon. So if I just stop posting that is why. I am going to try to keep rping but I may nod off.)

Angel frowned and realizing he didn't say anything about Draven pressed the issue," What about Draven? I don't think him and Mercy are going to work out. You saw how they were acting today so obviously they had a fight." She shrugged acting nonchalant about it but inside she was jumping for joy. She didn't know why she was so against Mercy and Draven being together..maybe it was because if they got together they would be a good alpha pair couple..No. As long as Mercy had no mate..she had a chance.

Keira: She let out a heavy breath after finishing her first mug. She quickly grabbed her next, making sure to take deep breaths before drinking so she wouldn't run out of air. She gulped down the bubbly liquid, trying not to accidentally hiccup from drinking too fast. She closed her eyes tightly as she drank, trying to keep focused.

Corbin skidded to a stop in surprise and watched her go flying over him. Okay, now she was just messing with him, he barked at her and took off after her again.

Adonis shook his head, "I don't know, I just feel like he and Mercy aren't over, but even if nothing ever happens between them I don't think he would want someone like Althaia, she's quiet, submissive, and he seems like one who would prefer a more outgoing, dominant fae. Hince his infatuation with our Alpha." He really had no objections with Draven and Mercy getting together, nor with Draven becoming Alpha. Honestly, even though he loved her, he didn't think Angel should be Alpha, she was too power hungry, usually the ones that wanted it the most made the worst leaders, not always though.
