Raven soon slowed down spotting the cabin and with a casual gait she walked into the clearing changing her direction a bit so she was heading straight for the porch. She hoped Landry had been keeping up with everything cause she wanted to know what was up in the pack. Big things were about to come and she plus Landry needed to be prepared.

Corbin shrugged and followed after her, glad to leave the cabin with the human behind and honestly not caring if Mercy got mad at him for not welcoming her. He came up alongside Josie, but a couple feet from her, and stayed in wolf form.

Draven went to the living room and sunk down onto the couch, he had neither welcomed nor rejected Elise, if Mercy had brought him here then fine, that was her choice, she was the Alpha after all, he didn't plan to fight her on it. He sighed and rubbed at his eyes. honestly he didn't really mind her being here, especially if what she'd said was true, but he wasn't just going to take it on faith that her words weren't lies. But he wasn't treating Mercy like an enemy, he had just done what he could to cut off his feelings for her, and the easiest way to do that was to look at her as only an Alpha.

Adonis shrugged, "Well, the old laws were made back in the days when only the fittest survived. Having the two strongest people in the pack leading and being mates was the best way to ensure strong offspring and the continuation of our kind. Unfortunately times have changed but the laws haven't changed with them." He sighed and shook his head, wishing things could just go back to the way they were when he was a kid, when everyone was happy and he had no hard choices to make. But then that was life wasn't it.

Aghana watched Raven go, amazed at how the black wolf seemed to just melt into the shadows. She watched for a while but never did catch sight of her again so finally she looked forward and clicked her tongue, tapping her heels lightly to Stormy's side. He started off at a walk but when he realized they were heading home, to a warm stall, sweet oats, and good hay, he quickened his pace to a trot, then a canter and Aghana smirked and gave him his head till he was in an all out run.

"Really not that special," Corbin said with a shrug but shifted anyway and ran his fingers through his blond hair to smooth it back a bit.

Mercy narrowed her eyes as Landry left..then Adonis, after some words which made her want to growl but held it back , with Angel and now she saw where Elise was looking. Of course they would leave as well..no..Draven was coming this way. Mercy sighed knowing how Elise's and his first meeting went. Mercy realizing she had been asked a question finally spoke,"You can put your horse any where but in the house..and yes. I think you shouldn't stay long either Elise. While I will stand up for you and protect you if your in the right..I do not like fighting with my own pack. I have been losing their trust and respect a lot lately." Mercy ended her voice small and her posture downcast if only for a second. She soon straightened her spine and her eyes were back to normal..a poker face. Ah she did it so well. "Come on lets get you that already cooked food so you don't lose your life thinks to my ill cooking skills." she joked back moving off into the Cabin. "Is there any questions you have?" She asked over her shoulder.

A smile twitched on Elise's lips at Mercy's answer. "Somehow I doubt he would fit through the door, even if he tried" She chuckled quietly, glancing at the stallion. She nodded, feeling uncomfortable somewhat with this pack, unlike her old one, for now anyway. "I'll be quick. Sounds like a wise decision" Elise followed her, refusing to look at any of the wolves that hadn't ran from her now. "Not currently, but I'll make sure to ask should I have any" She said, moving away from the Alphess, she led Arion to the trees and loosened his girth, tieing up his reins. "Be good and don't go far Arion" Elise smiled, stroking the stallion's neck with one hand. She pulled her switchblades from the saddle bags, shealthing them on her, wincing as the one against her thigh cut into her hip bone again. Arion nuzzled her and nickered before wandering off, making her sigh sadly, slipping her hands in her back jean pockets. Turning, Elise jogged towards the cabin after Mercy, hoping she wouldn't cause permenant damage. Seeing Draven slip in just before her, she hesitated on the the front porch for a moment glaning back at the wolves remaining in the meadow, then at Arion like she wanted to flee. Bowing her head, Elise stepped inside, casting a fleeting glance between Draven and Mercy, trying to see the connection between them.

Corbin leaned against a tree as he waited for her letting his gaze wander the forest but when her attention was on the water his eyes once more returned to her, watching her silently, not even realizing he was doing it.

Draven watched Adonis and Angel leave as he trotted towards the cabin. He considered joining them but figured they would probably prefer to be alone. He jumped up the steps and shifted to his human form as he walked inside. Giving Mercy a rather formal nod, but not saying or doing anything else as he walked by.

Mercy saw the nod from Draven as he passed by but she did not greet him back instead she turned her head away slightly but kept a eye on Elise waiting for her answer. Mercy could feel herself getting welled up with emotion and she fought it back. So what if her pack was treating her like an enemy. She was the Alpha and had to obey certain rules..had to do certain things..even if it was against their wishes but for their greater good. Mercy in her head cursed the fate she didn't want but was forced into. Silently she pondered what it would be like without responsibilities..without the wolf..just a normal naive girl. Mercy felt her heart clench so she dropped her line of thinking focusing back on Elise.
