Angel nodded feeling sorry for Althaia cause she knew the mother would not have liked to leave her baby at the cabin with only one wolf. "She will probably be going insane by now without Cronos." She laid her head on Adonis's shoulder then brought the conversation around to what needed to be said,"Wanna talk about earlier?"
Mercy once in her room dressed out into more comfortable clothes, her pajamas, but paused before getting into bed cause it suddenly dawned on her she could not sleep. Aghana was coming over! Mercy bolted out of her room completely oblivious to what she was wearing now and headed for the kitchen. What did you do for guests?..Regular guests..She frowned running a hand through her hair..she never had a human guest over.
"I'm sure it's easier than when she had to go to school," Adonis said with a nod, but at the thought pulled out his cell and text her that he was back home with Cronos, knowing that would make her feel much more at ease. He looked over at her words and nodded, "Yea, I guess we should."
Draven stayed in his room, not sleeping but not moving either. There were about a million thoughts running through his head right now and he let out a heavy sigh, staring at the ceiling, still fully clothed.
Corbin ran through the forest till he got to the edge of the city. He stood there a few minutes, watching the humans walking about their daily business in total ignorance and he started to wander if joining this pack, so close to human civilaztion, was a good idea. Unfortunatly he knew he couldn't get Draven to move on and he knew he couldn't survive alone. His tail swished from side to side, not a wag, as he thought on Angel's words.
Aghana jogged till she heard a snort and smiled as she speed up to a run. Soon she saw Stormy prancing nerviously by a small creek and she slowed to a slow walk as she aproached him, speaking to him in a quiet, calm tone.
Dion saw the two customers he'd attempted to serve leave and he headed over and cleaned off the table.
He picked up the money they'd left for him and went to Althaia when she walked away from a table. She took a step back when he approached her but stopped when he held the money out. "Your tip from table five," he said quietly, keeping his distance since he could tell she was uneasy.
She looked at it then back at him and shook her head, "That's yours."
"Bustboys don't get tips," Dion replied, still holding out the money.
"No, but waitors do and you were forced to be one when the last guy left and I was late. Keep it." She turned and headed for the kitchen.
(any specific plan for Alex? kinda thought Aghana could ride in and save him then take him back to the pack unless there's some specific plan)

But in the corner, at the cold
hour of dawn, sat the poor girl, with
rosy cheeks and with a smiling mouth,
leaning against the wall--frozen to
death on the last evening of the old
year. Stiff and stark sat the child
there with her matches, of which
one bundle had been burnt.
"She wanted to warm herself,"
people said. No one had the
slightest suspicion of what
beautiful things she had seen;
no one even dreamed of the
splendor in which, with her
grandmother she had entered
on the joys of a new year.
