The bear walked into view and it went on two paws and growled at Hailey and tex. Hailey growled and ran at the bear. The bear knocked her over and went on all fours and tried to get to tex. Hailey jumped on it and bit into its neck but it didnt hurt it much. The bear shook her off and bit hard into her right leg. Hailey yipped in pain and bit into the bears muzzle. The bear growled and let go of her leg and scratched hailey face before going to tex....

"Pa, get the shot gun!"He yelled out, but his Father was out working. He ran back towards the barn, looking over his shoulder, snatching the gun from the rack. He was more than terrified, but he had to protect his new found 'friend'. His arms shook with fear as he tried to aim the gun towards the bear.

"So I must assume, each species has comfort things as do animals?"Virgo theorized in her head. She often though about different things in her head before agreeing with the thought.

The bear growled and ran at TeX and swatted the gun out of his hands. Hailey got up with her leg not touching the ground and blood dripped from her face and her leg and she ran too the bear biteing its leg
